Description of Work: These guys are terrific! I learned to use Angie's list before I hire anyone and glad I found Chino Valley Heating and Cooling. The cooling coils on the AC system were damaged and needed to be replaced. Also I wanted to change from electric to gas heat. Other companies told me only their top of the line systems could be installed and gas heat furnaces were very expensive- if they could find the equipment. Mike was on site - provided a detailed quote that covered all phases of the install. No hidden fees - only a fair and reasonable price. No one else I contacted regarding this install were as thorough and professional as he was. Jimmy and his assistant were on site on the day scheduled and were early too! Everything was fantastic. Gas line, roof vent, electrical, install an cleanup work were delivered as promised and exceeded all expectations! Jimmy took extra time and effort to verify I was happy and all of my questions or concerns were addressed with utmost courtesy and professionalism. In fact, everyone I worked with from initial install to follow-up courtesy call were fantastic. This is a family owned business and everyone is proud of the company's reputation and service. I would recommend Chino Valley Heating and Cooling to anyone and would trust these guys to work on my daughter's house. Don't waste time looking for a better deal or a less expensive price - this is the company all others want to be!

+ -1 moreI had 5 HVAC companies out to give me a quote. All of them wanted to sell me the top of the line unit for over $7000. The owner of Chino Heating came out to do my estimate. He was very thorough, polite and knowledgeable. He was the only one who recommended what I needed rather than what he wanted to sell me. His price was less than half of what the others quoted. And, he did work on my ducts in the attic in order to seal them, and remove some that no longer functioned. At installation time, the men showed up on time, cleaned up, and removed all debris. I strongly recommend them.
Description of Work: Replaced a 23 year old furnace.

+ -1 moreDissatisfied with another vendor from a previous problem, we were seeking a company that would offer us some protection and had accountability through a service such as Angie's list. I also checked out Chino's website. I asked for and the serviceman gave me a guarantee on the work. We were pleasantly surprised at the total bill and we received a 10% senior discount. Also our service tech wore booties to protect our floor and was very nice.
Description of Work: We had problems with rain coming in a kitchen canister light and dripping on the floor from our rooftop combo heating and AC unit. We didn't know the cause and had been putting the repair work off for some time fearing a huge bill. Anthony from Chino Heating and Air wrote in detail what the actual problem was and what he did to fix it. It was rain coming in under the flashing. He repaired it and r***** the whole base of the unit.

+ -1 moreThey verified that the old unit had failed and provided an estimate for repair. They also provided detailed estimates for replacement at three different price points. The work was scheduled and completed in one day (including the crane required to remove the old unit and install the new unit). They were extremely efficient and did an excellent job. They even vacuumed the carpet after the installation was completed. They explained the new unit and how to operate it completely and made a follow up call to verify that everything was working correctly. They are one of the best companies I have ever done business with and would recommend them without reservation.

He had the necessary equipment and was very professional in checking the furnace operation. He cleaned the work area, discussed the results and left a detailed report before he left my home. He arrived at 8:30am and completed the work in 30 minutes. He was very professional and did a great job.
