We were under a deadline and they responded promptly, determined the problem and made the repairs at a very reasonable cost.

Chino heating was the low bidder. They were on time and quickly replaced the old unit without damage to the roof, face yeah, or sockets. They send out an APS train to technician to inspect and approve the new unit so I could get my rebate.

On June 1, my tenant said that the central AC was not working, I called our regular guy who quoted $1300 to have the compressor replaced at the tune of $1300, brought from Utah as our system is 15 yrs old. Tenant would be without AC for at tleast 2 weeks. On June 3, I called for a second opinion, he talked about replacing 3 motors, this time for $1600 and no mention of anything being wrong with the compressor. Trying to understand which of the two experts were right, I called Chino heating and Cooling. The guy came on June 5, replaced some freon for $161 and the system has been working fine ever since.

They provided excellent service. They showed up when they were supposed to and did what they were supposed to.

The first tech that came out supposedly made the repairs. $350. The next day, the unit quit again. I tried to call the tech and never received a call-back. I finally called the office and was informed that B*** was no longer with them. Austin came out at 6:30 p.m., spent over two hours on the unit, cleaned filters, etc., explained what he was doing and what should have been done the first time. I can understand how difficult it is to find good people, and I'm grateful the Chino was able to detect the bad ones. Austin renewed my faith in Chino Heating and, thus, Angie's list.

I found from another company that they had installed an old style unit which will soon be obsolete and have to be replaced. I paid full price for a unit that uses a refrigerant that is no longer made and therefore very expensive.

They are very professional and prompt and have used them for my ac when it went out initially. then installed a mini split for me and now warranty work.

After reading their reviews on Angie’s list and seeing that they had an A that was a deciding factor. They were courteous, kind and polite and they cleaned up after the job. The owner, Brady, came back and checked twice to make sure everything was up to par and that we were completely happy. You can choose someone who is less expensive, but you won’t get the quality work and family owned top-notch service that Chino’s provides. I would recommend them to anyone that needs this service done.

Service was great. They initially though they had it fixed by replacing Schrader valves, but it continued to leak coolant. This took some time for them to find the leak, using an injected dye and then waiting for parts, and successive appointments to get it all back to normal. Four visits total by them. I'm familiar with how AC systems work and it was easy to see that all the technicians that showed up from this company were quite knowledgeable, professional looking and spoke well. They did not try to up-sell me as you hear about some companies. I was being pushed off by the original installer( they seemed to avoid wanting to come out for some reason), and I quickly decided that I should probably go with someone else and found this company using Angie's list. I would recommend them to others.

They were very friendly & easy to deal with. Their estimate was lower than that of other companies we contacted. They came precisely when they said they would. Installed the AC at exactly the contracted price.

Chino Heating & Cooling send out a rep to make a thorough evaluation of the situation and talk us through the options. From the estimator to the installers, the experience was A+. I'm spending the time to write this review as a way of thanking Chino and at the same time letting others know Chino does a great job.

Called at 6:30 am and they were open which was a very pleasant surprise (there was no answering service like the other place we called). They were able to make a service call that morning and finished the job without any big surprises. The technician, Travis, also called me at home and gave the details and the cost and I had the option of being billed or paying by credit card. It was too easy. Will no doubt use Chino Heating and AC again - an excellent job well done and my tenants were very glad to get AC again,

Everything was great with them. They were on time when they said they were and their price was cheaper than any other place that I looked at. I paid for a new system installed and had to do some other work for some duct. They were fairly responsive and gave me the best price of any that I checked on. They came right when they said they would.

The workers from Chino Heating and Cooling completed their work on time and on budget. They arrived at the worksite, as promised, ready to work. The workers were polite and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. When their supplier sent the wrong Mini Split unit, the folks at Chino Heating and Cooling apologized, sent one of their managers to the Phoenix area to pick up a more suitable unit and installed it the next day. Their extra effort allowed construction to continue without downtime and without having to postpone the installation of flooring that required a heated building. As you are nearing the end of new construction, timing is often everything. I highly recommend Chino Heating and Cooling and will certainly use them for all of my future heating and cooling needs.

Our AC broke on the hottest day of the year. Mike Little and his crew got out here and in one day replaced our unit with no fuss and made us comfortable again. The price was great and we got quality and professionalism.

The only negative thing I have to say is after the initial proposal was sent to me and I returned it with my approval and 1/2 money payment I did not hear back for 2 weeks. I then called and said what's going on, and was told someone would get back to me...which they did and the install was scheduled and the work was done in a very professional manner. Follow ups were done with courtesy and always a phone call to me when it would be convenient to come and inspect. I'm very satisfied with the unit and will use the company for service.

I called on a Thursday afternoon and the very courteous person making appointments was able to schedule a repairman to come our house the next day. The repairman called ahead and arrived right on time. He ran a diagnostic to figure out why we were not getting any cool air to our home and discovered the condenser was not hooked up. He corrected the problem as well as checked the rest of the A/C unit, including the freon. Everything else was in good working order. He checked the inside of the house to make sure the air was venting correctly. Also, as requested, he checked our duct work and reported it to be in good condition. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. This is a company I will definitely hire again should the need arise!

Our 11 year old furnace in our manufactured home needing replacing. We have been using Chino Heating and Cooling for 10 years for a/c and furnace maintenance and have been very pleased with them so we asked them to come out and give us a bid, along with a couple of other vendors. Mike came out the next day from Chino Heating and Cooling and gave us a very competitive bid and answered all of our questions honestly with no pressure. We signed up with them based on our previous experiences with them and they were back out in 3 days after parts had arrived. The tech had our new 95% efficient furnace installed in one morning. The tech was very competent, respectful and knowledgeable. Another tech came out a week later to make sure everything was working well and installed correctly. The office staff was easy to work with and were very friendly, helpful and competent as well. The new furnace heats up the home in half the time as our old unit and with less noise. They matched our existing A/C to this new furnace and the A/C even works better now. We highly recommend Chino Heating and Cooling Inc.!

Twice in the last six years we used our "Home Warrenty" to have our home's gas heating unit repaired so it would run again. Rust stains on the outside of the unit indicated that dripping water was causing the problem. I thought water was running down the vent pipe when it rained. Both service companys sent by the "Home Warrenty" company got the gas heating unit running again but did not address the cause of the rust problem. Mike from Chino Heating and Cooling not only replaced the rusted part that was blocking the flow of gas to the heater but quickly diagnosed that the source of the dripping water causing the rust was a blocked drainage tube from the AC condensor coils located above the heating unit. Mike blew compressed air through the drainage tube to clear the obstruction and prevent the same problem from happening again. This was my first use of Angie's List to find expert, friendly, and professional help to solve my problem. My exerience with Chino Heating and Cooling rates 100% satisfaction.

Mike was great and showed up when he told us he would. Work was completed in a timely manner and done extremely professional. The only thing I had a small issue with was that we live out of town while the house is being remodeled and we left a hide-a-key for them to get in. I was not always aware of when they were coming and going. I thought a few times that the work had been completed and removed the hide-a-key only to be called to ask how they can get in. I trust them, but feel that I was not in the communication loop sometimes. Despite this, I will be using them again anyways. They are just that good of a company :)

I was quite satisfied with service. They were very honest and up front with costs. They saved me $7,000 and I would highly recommend them!

They were prompt and didn't try to upgrade me to new furnace and ordered parts on time and just all around polite and wonderful I would definitely use them again and will buy my new furnace from them when I am ready for one!!! I chose them from Angies list too.

TIM, THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT AND CALLED TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS ON HIS WAY. HE ARRIVED AND AFTER LOOKING AT THE OLD THERMOSTAT AND THE NEW REPLACEMENT SAID THAT HE WOULD INSPECT THE FURNACE TO SEE IF A DEDICATED WIRE WAS NECESSARY. HE INSPECTED THE FURNACE AND QUICKLY INSTALLED A DEDICATED WIRE AND CHECKED THE OPERATION AND CONDITION OF THE FURNACE. HE MADE A SUGGESTION THAT WE INSTALL A COVER FOR THE FURNACE COIL AT SOME FUTURE DATE AND COMPLETED THE INSTALLATION. HE FULLY EXPLAINED THE OPERATION OF THE NEW THERMOSTAT AND ASKED IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. HE ANSWERED QUESTIONS I HAD REGARDING THE POSSIBLE FUTURE INSTALLATION OF A MINI-SPLIT SYSTEM. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN. AFTER COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION, HE GAVE ME A BILL THAT WAS $29.00 UNDER THE ESTIMATE I WAS GIVEN WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. FAST, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN...I WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Fixed my air conditioning. They were very quick and professional.

Their employees were extremely helpful and went out of there way to help me fix the furnace.
