Description of Work: they repaired a furnace filter door that broke away from the cowling. had to replace entire fixture. they showed up on time, made the repair and then installed and verified operation of the wifi thermostat that I had also ordered. I highly recommend this company

Description of Work: After speaking to 2 other companies, we chose chino for trustworthiness combined with a price that fit our limited budget. Rick the sales guy seemed much more concerned with getting.

Description of Work: Mother-in-law stayed at our home while we were out of town and while there said HVAC was not heating the home. Scheduled Chino Heating and Cooling to come out to our house just in case. After we got back home everything appeared to be working but decided to keep my service appointment just in case. Chino came out on time checked my system at a reasonable price and verified everything was working correctly. No upselling. Will use in the future if I ever have issues again.

The service tech was very pleasant and easy to talk to. When callin the office to make the appointment the office staff was very professional yet friendly. I would definitely recommend them from this experience.

Description of Work: I needed an estimate either to temporarily move my A/C unit or to replace the unit. Ric showed up right on time, explained everything thoroughly, and later that day sent me two separate estimates for each service. The prices are in line with what I was expecting and I will be using them when my project reaches that point. I was very pleased with Ric's reliability and the promptness of his response. I have had a couple of follow up questions which I emailed to Ric and I got answers right away.

Description of Work: The job was done well. So far we are satisfied with the improvement in our heat/A-C performance but it has only been a short time since the work was done. The installers were courteous and responsive. They appeared to be very competent. Our only complaints are 1)there was lack of communication between installers and the sales rep who described the work that would be done; 2)installers arrived and left on "their own schedule," arriving late on day 1, then very early on day 2 & 3. A follow-up visit from a supervisor was appreciated and identified a few omissions that were covered at his instruction.

Description of Work: This was a check up of our home heating systems. Austin, the technician, was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He replaced a part for us and adjusted some of our settings which should result in a savings of 20% on our propane costs. We plan on having the company out in the spring to check out our air conditioning units.

Mike, who owns the company, came to our home personally and shopped around till he found a good replacement for us that was more like $3,000. Very happy with all services, we decided to buy a maintenance agreement from them as well.
