+ -1 moreKevin Kett/BZ Roof'n has successfully addressed leak issues on a previously, and poorly installed, home flat roof by another contractor. Had several other roofing contractors that just couldn't get the job done. Every time there's been a problem, Kevin has come out, found the problem, and fixed the underlying cause. He doesn't just patch/seal but determines the cause and fixes it. He's done such a good job, that when we had a barn built a couple of years ago, we used BZ Roof'N to install the metal roof. Great job and no problems. Kevin's pricing is more than reasonable considering the quality of work performed.

+ -1 moreKevin Kett and BZRoof'n literally saved us. We had a partially installed metal roof that was all hacked and chopped and looked terrible - we later found out that it even leaked. Some of the roofers in the Prescott area weren't interested in our difficult roofing job and they were especially not interested in fixing the other roofing company's mess. Other roofers would take on our job, but they wanted to take advantage of our situation and charge a ridiculous price. We had no choice, our roofing job had to be fixed and finished. We were desperate to find someone who could do the job right and not rip us off, again. We were so fortunate to find Kevin and BZRoof'n - they are simply the best.
Description of Work: We have a very steep, complex roof that we wanted to reroof with metal because of the severe weather conditions in our area. (Our house is featured on the website at www.BzRoofnPrescott.com.) We did our best to do our homework and research the various roofers in or near Prescott, AZ. Finally, after taking several bids, we awarded the job to another roofer who supposedly moved to Prescott from Colorado where he had experience installing metal roofs on ski lodges. We learned the hard way that not all roofers really know how to install a metal roof, especially on a roof as difficult as ours. That other roofing company made an absolute mess of our guesthouse; and fortunately, we stopped them before they could start the main house. At this point we were desperate. After more research, we hired Kevin Kett and his company BZ Roof'n Prescott. Kevin and BZ Roof'n are wonderful - polite, reliable, knowledgeable, dependable, truthful, fair and they keep a very clean worksite. Kevin, working along side his crew, cleaned up the mess that the other company made on our guesthouse and did an outstanding job on our main house. We highly recommend Kevin and BZ Roof'n - true professionals that are a pleasure to do business with, who really know their profession and do their work at a fair price.
