They did a very thorough job and it came out looking better than I expected. Everyone was very professional and I was particularly impressed by the job Ralph did. The only thing that didn't go as well as I would have liked is the painter ran late and I had to wait for him. However the job he did made up for the punctuality.

B & M provided an estimate of $1500 to chalk trim/lap siding joints on new factory finished siding on my house. I thought the estimate was extremely high for the scope of work. I found another painting contractor that did the work for $250. The work took one man seven hours to complete, and it was completed in a very professional manner.

Jason Marc the owner, showed utmost professionalism from the first time he came to look at the work we needed done until the finishing touches were completed. He wanted us to be happy with his work. His team ...... We liked that so many were here to do the tear down of the old decking materials. The job went quickly, the men were always courteous and on time. Every question we had was answered immediately throughout the job. They kept the job site tidy. We ran into dry rot we hadn't expected, and although Jason could not have foreseen this, addressed it immediately. The deck is huge and has been stained repeatedly over the last twenty years. Jason has given us peace of mind, a great relief knowing with a permanent solution we don't have to face another year of scraping and staining. The whole team worked liked a 'well oiled' machine and obviously respected each other as well as us, the clients. We will see them again when it is time to paint the exterior of our home. We called B&M after seeing one of their trailers parked in a lot near town. We made an appointment for a free estimate and Jason arrived right on time. He talked to us about what we wanted done, carefully inspected the trim needing attention, and explained what he felt was the right solution for us. He took the time to explain his thoughts, showed us where the trouble spots were, and answered all our questions. We asked for a written estimate and he sent us one within a couple days. We agreed to the estimate and scheduled the work. A couple days in advance of our scheduled work, Jason called and asked if it was possible to do the work ahead of time. We agreed and the next day a crew appeared at our home. Jason introduced us to each one, took them on a tour of the house to show them what needed to be done. They started working and it was obvious they were well trained and worked well together. They knew just what to do, when to do it, and who was responsible for what. Throughout it all, they were polite, well spoken, and answered our questions when asked. On a personal note, there was a bird nest in a nook under the roof line that was close to an area they needed to work on. Though the nest was out of their way, they saw a newly fledged baby was caught in the nest. The guys rescued the baby who rejoined his siblings and mother who was calling for him. They completed the work on the same day- a long day for them- and still had positive attitudes at the end of that day. We inspected the work and were impressed with the quality and care they took. Before they left, they cleaned up behind themselves from the tools they used to the pop bottles from their lunch. They even used a leaf blower to clean/sweep off our porch and carefully raked the DG in our front yard (they has been working there). This attention to detail was a great and pleasant surprise in addition to how pleased we were with their work. We will hire them again when in need of painting. You won't be sorry if you do.

Jason with B & M Painting was excellent in reviewing what needed to be accomplished after flood damage to a portion of the house. The crew that worked on the house was timely, personable and professional. The end result more than met my expectations, including the repainting of a faux part of the walls. No question that I would use B&M Painting in the future.

We were very pleased with the professionalism of B&M Painting. They painted our living room, kitchen/dining room, long hallways, a bathroom, and a laundry room. We had just moved into the house, and the walls were in sad shape. They had to do ceiling repair, wall repair, and a lot of caulking of all the baseboards, since they had never been done before. Owner, Jason, and his crew of five men took pride in their work, taking their time to do it carefully. Wherever two different colors came together, at a corner or at the ceiling, they ran a fine spackling line to get a very crips line. That was something we hadn't seen other painters take the time to do. If you ask Jason his advice about colors, he has some very good ideas. Jason and all of his men were courteous and pleasant to around. They seem to have a great rapport with each other. We were so happy with the qaulity of the finished job and feel the price was very fair.

It went well. They came out in a timely manner and were dressed professionally. So far so good. Their price was fair. They came out on the day that we agreed to.

First, we are very impressed with the entire B&M Team; prompt, professional, courteous. From the first call to get a bid, the work, to the follow up and making corrections. Customer service and integrity is important to owner Jason Nance & his team. My husband & I have remodeled several homes & have built from the ground up. Most sub-contractors often only take care of their area of specialty, often leaving a mess or damage to something (doors, a walls, floors, driveway or landscape). B&M takes ?great care? to leave your home better then when they arrived. Very Impressive! B&M is not cheap, but like dear old dad said, ?You get what you pay for?! Our home looks beautiful! We recommend B&M Painting and will use them for future projects.

We were called to verify it was alright to begin. We agreed, and the crew of 8 men arrived within the hour. They began prep work immediately. Even my neighbor commented on the quality and attention that went into the prep. The entire first day was spent doing caulking and scraping, etc. on the house. On day two the crewcontinued prep on the garage and two men began the painting of the house. They finished up on day three, and put everything back in place. We were very favorably impressed with the effort and quality of the work.

Jason and his crew arrived promptly every day that they worked on our home, leaving the work areas clean and neat at the end of each work day. The workers who were directed to specific tasks were very knowledgeable about their work and required little supervision during the entire project. When further issues were discovered that caused the problems and damage, remedies were discussed and done promptly. Jason and his crew have a wide range of skills, so no other contractors were required to get our home repair work done properly.

The workers showed up at the appointed time and completed the work as agreed on the contract in a timely and professional manner.

They were very professional, used top quality paint and did an excellent job.

B & M Painting came back to our home to do some exterior painting and repair. They addressed some door jam issues that had been severely neglected by the previous owners and did some preventative maintenance on the roof jacks as well. Mr. Nance brought potential problems to our attention and addressed them with products specifically designed for the job that will withstand the elements expected in Prescott, Arizona weather.

From the time Mr. Nance came for the estimate up to completion of the job, he and his crew were professional and punctual. They used the proper materials for all the prep work and actual painting. Suggestions were offered in terms of color contrast which were helpful. The arrived promptly each day and completed the job in the time frame specified. We have since used this company for some exterior painting, and will use them in the future without reservation.
