+ -1 moreThis was a tough repair and I am glad that I got lucky and called ACME on it. I did not have a regular plumber before this and I will call him again. Extremely pleasant and really went out of his way to get this repair done for us. When the original patch failed he even offered to refund my money so I could find another plumber if I wanted to. I highly recommend him not only because he repaired my leak but also because of his willing to work with us. I had a brand new air chisel in the box and I gave it to him as a gift not to knock anything off the but personal because it is a great tool for confined areas and most plumbers I'm sure do not have one.
Description of Work: I had a water leak that was inside the laundry room wall where the pipes come out of the slab right under the seat in the shower. This was an almost impossible spot to do any work and get equipment into. I had already found the leak and moved the appliances and tore off the sheet rock. He was hesitant to do the repair but I was able to persuade him because my wife and I are both disabled and had to have water plus we are on a fixed income. I called the contractor that built the home to find out how thick the slab was (4"), loaned him an automotive air chisel to break up the concrete after he used his hammer drill to poke some holes in it. Once it was opened up he went to work and due to the time it took tried a patch to give us temporary water but it did not work. The second day it went smoother and he put in some Memory Pex pipe and solved our problem.
