Description of Work: They responded right away, did whatever was necessary to locate the problem, analyze it and informed me about the most feasible options. Their whole operation was very professional and responsive and went above and beyond to help me and my septic problem.

+ 0 moreI called their office and described my problem. Their office staff quoted me a cost for the basic job and set up an appointment time that was convenient for me. The company arrived on time, performed the appropriate job, took me out to the site and gave me instructions on how to keep my system working in the future to avoid problems, and finished the job.
Description of Work: A-1 Septic pumped my septic tank. They arrived on time and completed the job for the price quoted over the phone. They gave me information on how to care for my septic tank, steps to do each month to keep it healthy. I would definitely recommend them for septic pumping.
