I have been doing business with Your PC Repair Techs (formerly Your PC Doctors) for over 10 years. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He built 3 custom PCs for my home office in 2007. He researches the best quality components available at the time and makes recommendations. These are not "Retail stationary store" PCs. They have been very reliable. We decided to replace them since they are Windows XP and getting long in the tooth. Dave has reponded to a very few cases of the PCs acting up and solved that problem for a very fair charge. If you want a top of the line PC that fits your needs, have Dave build you one. It may cost more than the "Retail stationary store" PC but it has higher quality components.. When it comes to PCs, your get what you paid for.

Dave arrived exactly on time and was extremely nice and patient. He spent all the time necessary to get my back online, removed unwanted programs and got me a new anti-virus program. My computer is running great. He answered all of my questions and explained things so I could easily understand what he was talking about. I can't say enough good things about Dave and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of assistance.

They were here all day and they did a thorough job. It was a pleasure working with them. The charge was explained to me ahead of time and I agreed to it, no surprises.

With regards to the two notebooks - he got them cleaned up and re-delivered in a short period. Dave also spent time on the phone with the computer mfr with my desktop - and helped me get a warranty repair. (Taking money out of his own pocket no doubt!)

I called Dave in a panic when I found a virus on my computer. He arrived within the hour, did a brief diagnosis, and gave me options and costs for each. I chose to have him take my computer with him to do the work. He said he would return it in 24 hours, and it was less than that. He explains everything and doesn't talk down to us non-computer literate folks. In the past, Dave has helped me select and purchase a new computer and then installed it for me. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and I recommend him highly.
