Response from William Jackson, Inc.
After meeting with the customer and performing the initial in-home consultation, William Jackson Inc. provided a 3D rendering by email as per the Angie's List promotion. The rendering gave the customer a preliminary perspective of the finished product with the new layout. We invited the customer to our showroom to begin the design phase of his project. In this case, the customer was looking to remodel the upstairs master bathroom which includes the coordination of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, shower, tile, etc. The customer never responded to our email and never made any attempt to contact us (phone, email, fax, etc.). An estimate was also never provided because the customer did not specify products and the intended material. Our goal at William Jackson Inc. is to work with our customers and offer the highest in quality product and service. In this case, the customer showed no initiative, provided no feedback, and was unwilling to coordinate with our sales team.
