Valley Contracting

I do not personally recommend to hire this company. They initially installed this gutter right in front of the door of my parents and I truly believe this should have never been installed this way. My parents did not realize how this would turn out. While the employees explained it to my understanding, my Mother did not expect this to be the result. I personally believe that they should have refused to do it. While they did come make it right after the installation, and for that my parents are thankful as am I. The professionalism of it all and how it was handled in my opinion was subpar. If you want nice gutters they can provide them, and they will come make it right once contacted if you're not happy with the work. I'll give them that. But again, in my opinion, the customer service portion was not pleasant. The two employees that work for them however are super nice and kind. I would like to note that these are opinions based on our personal experience with them and each individual may have a different experience than we did. I am in no way attempting to misconstrue facts or lie, just relaying my experience.

We used Valley contracting Lic. located at 1900 west Chandler boulevard. They did a good and fast job of replacing the gutters with larger gutters and had a good idea how to handle the flood water that covered our porch after each time it rained. They ran the downspout to the front of the house not to the back as before.

We were referred to Valley Contracting through Angie's List referral tool for new gutter installation. Valley Contracting immediately called me to schedule the visit to provide a quote and come promptly for the visit the same day. I was told at the meeting that a quote would be provided that night. No quote was provided after 3 days, so I followed up with a phone call to let them know that I was still waiting for a quote. It has now been 9 days and no quote has been provided. In addition, we requested quotes from other companies. In my experience, Valley Contracting was less knowledgeable in answering questions during the site visit and did not provide any reassuring rationale to support their rationale for planned gutter installation.

Valley Contracting was doing some work for a neighbor. I walked over and asked for an estimate on my house. Jim was answered all my questions and even had a solution for my drainage problem. He gave me a quote right on the spot and scheduled the installation for 4 days later. They showed up on time, done a professional installation at the price agreed upon. I would highly recommend to anyone.

It wasn't the best. They put it up for the first time and it fell down after a heavy rain. I had to pay $200 more to put them back.

The price was too much for what I received and the gutter leaks in several places. They seemed to really be in a hurry and the work was half- assed at best. Very disappointed
