I would definitely NOT recommend this company. Mr. Delgado (owner) says the price beats anyone's, but frankly I no longer trust his word on anything. For the last three weeks, Mr. Delgado has claimed that some of the work has been completed and that he is simply waiting for slider parts. Twice now he has said he will deliver and install the shutters that are complete. Each time there is an excuse for his not showing up. I have heard everything from not being able to schedule his workers to he would personally do the installation but got too busy with his morning appointments. Each time I call him. Mr. Delgado refuses to return phone calls, and when he does, he delays installation time over and over. There is always an excuse and sometimes he just sends a text saying he can't be there to install. I told him I would be calling the Better Business Bureau if I did not hear from him this evening -- so far nothing.
Description of Work: Contract was signed 1/4/2011 for construction and installation of plantation shutters within 4-6 weeks (included on contract). He actually told me it would be more like 3 or 4 weeks. At that time I gave him a 50% deposit. After 4 weeks, I began to call him to inquire about my shutters. Today is 3/7/11 and nothing has been installed.
