We're pretty satisfied with them. I think we are entering in our third year now. We are on a contract so we pay $30 a month whether they come or not. It's an annual fee that's paid out every month. It would be $360 annually. It is early in the season so they didn't do a real thorough spraying and we weren't at home at the time so we couldn't ask them to do anything specifically. Typically if you ask them to do something like come in doors instead of outdoors they will do it, but you have to ask them in advance. The price is fairly reasonable. If you call and ask for something specifically they will come out a second time. They don't give you a time they will come, just a day. They always show up on the day they say they will.

I've always had to manage this company. They don't show up unless I ask them when they are coming. The straw that broke the camels back for me was they said they'd be here yesterday and they no showed. When I called them on this, they couldn't "fit me in" for another week.

The provider came into our house and began spraying without communicating what he would be doing. He began spraying chemicals in our kitchen without asking if this is what we wanted. My expectations were for an exterior treatment, not interior. He was spraying in his flip flops and lacked an appreciation for the dangers involved in the pesticides he was using. My wife stopped him, after he'd sprayed down our kitchen, and sent him outside. Nowhere in the advertisement did it specify that the treatment was for interior and exterior. Poor customer service and poor communication. I will not use this provider again. And I am disappointed that A's List would offer a special from such a poor service provider!

At the time I contacted Truforce, they were advertising a special, $179.00 for one room or $599.00 for three rooms. I only needed one room treated. I was told, It would be $179.00. If you need to treat for bed bugs, it does require three treatments. I remember asking, does the $179.00 cover all three treatments and was told, YES. It was not until the second visit, I found out, it's for every treatment. When I called Truforce, they claimed they had me on tape agreeing to the charges. "I don't think so". What they are running is a scam and would never use them or recommend using them again. I found out the hard way, how this company does business

FANTASTIC! The customer service personnel definitely knew what they were doing and took great care of my family. the young man who came to spray our home was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job. The bugs started to come out and die almost immediately after he finished. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRU FORCE PEST CONTROL.

This service was great! I saw a dramatic improvement after the service was done. Lots of bugs were coming out and dying. The technician was smart and really knew what he was doing. He even went around and took down any of the spider webs that were on our house. He answered all of my questions. Since the service, I don't have any more crickets keeping me up at night and I know that the bugs will stay away in the future. If i do see bugs, they come out for free and respray which is really nice. and they come on a regular schedule so I know I will always be bug free! AWESOME SERVICE. EVERYONE WAS SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL.
