+ -1 moreI SET AN APPOINTMENT WITH TRI-CITY MECHANICAL FOR 7 AM ON A WEEKDAY, AS I LEAVE FOR WORK AT ABOUT 8 AM. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I CALLED THEM AT 7:40 WONDERING WHERE THEY WERE, AND WAS ASSURED THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON HIS WAY. BY 8 AM I WAS FED UP & TIRED OF WAITING, SO I CANCELED THE APPOINTMENT. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS; THIS IS THE 2ND BAD EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH THEM.
Description of Work: THE PRIMARY DRIP LINE ON OUR A/C UNIT WAS CLOGGED. WATER WAS DRIPPING OUT OF THE SECONDARY DRIP LINE; IF THE SECONDARY LINE BECAME CLOGGED ALSO, THERE WOULD BE BIG PROBLEMS.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PUNCTUAL IN SCHEDULING AND CALLING ME BACK. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, LOOKED AT THE UNIT, AND TUNED IT UP. THEY ALSO RECOMMENDED ABOUT $900 WORTH OF ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, WHICH KIND OF PUT ME OFF. THE UNIT COOLS THE HOUSE PERFECTLY FINE, BUT I'M SUPPOSED TO PAY $900 (AN AMOUNT THAT COULD ALMOST BUY A NEW UNIT FROM SCRATCH) TO KEEP IT WORKING IN PEAK CONDITION? SEEMS LIKE THEY WERE TRYING TO GENERATE SOME POSSIBLY UNNEEDED BUSINESS.
Description of Work: I NEEDED TO HAVE MY HVAC SYSTEM TUNED UP / CHECKED OUT FOR THE SUMMER SEASON.

+ -1 moreEXCELLENT JOB. THIS COMPANY ALSO DOES OUR SEMI-ANNUAL CHECKUPS ON OUR 2 AIR CONDITIONER UNITS. WE HAVE USED TRI CITY MECHANICAL FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS. THIS COMPANY IS EXTREMELY RELIABLE AND WE WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE.
Description of Work: REPLACED OUR MAIN AIR CONDITIONER.
