PURCHASED OUR CURRENT HOME FROM THEM. THEY OFFERED GOOD DESIGN CHOICES, AND HAVE HONORED VARIOUS WARRANTY ITEMS BEYOND THEIR CONTRACTED TIME LIMIT (AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATER FOR OVER 1 YEAR WHEN CONTRACT STATES 1 YEAR). PERFORM ANY REPAIRS IN A REASONABLE TIME AND IN A COURTEOUS FASHION.

TREND BUILT OUR BEAUTIFUL HOME. THEY CAME THROUGH ON EVERY PROMISE, THE TIMELY MOVE-IN, AND ALL SMALL REPAIRS THAT NEEDED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR. WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND WOULD RECOMMEND AND CONSIDER THEM TO BE OUR BUILDER IN THE FUTURE. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT ON OUR PARTICULAR MODEL WAS THERE ARE NO LINEN CLOSETS IN THE HOUSE, BUT WE HAD PLENTY OF ROOM TO PUT OUR OWN IN.

WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY AND SERVICEABILITY OF THEIR PRODUCT. THEY HAVE BEEN VERY REASONABLE AS FAR AS PRICE AND QUALITY OF PRODUCT WAS CONCERNED, AND ANYTIME THAT WE QUESTIONED SOMETHING THEY RESPONDED BACK TO US WITHIN 24 HOURS. BUILDING OUR 2ND NEW HOUSE HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.
