Aside from a late arrival, I'm happy with the job done. I definitely appreciated the walkthrough I had before the job was completed, which gave me a chance to ask for a bit more to be trimmed back from nearby roofs. The service was more expensive than other quotes but I went with Tree Logic since they have arborists, for which I trust their judgement more than other providers.

It went very well, they are knowledgeable, they did a great job and they clean up after themselves.

It always goes well. We wouldn't use anyone else. Knowledgeable, punctual, professional, friendly, fast, and clean-up is the best we've ever seen from a service. It's also pretty amazing to watch them climb those palms! You cannot go wrong with Craig and his team.

First of all, I appreciated that a certified arborist was on our job. We have two beautiful trees in our front yard that needed to be trimmed, thinned and shaped. I appreciated that all of the workers were easy to communicate with and that their service truck looked like someone cared about their image. Attention to details like this gave me assurance that my trees would receive the same attention to detail. I especially liked that an actual, pleasant person answers the phone. If you have trees you care about, call Tree Logic!

Service requested, Craig of Tree Logic showed when requested, provided estimate and date to complete job. I regret it has taken me this long (6mos) to document "outstanding" service and care provided by Tree Logic and crew. On date agreed, Craig and crew showed and immediately went to work on trimming and thinning 2 large Chinese Elms (30+ft, 16yrs old) in front yard, which I consider a "huge" attraction for the value of house and property....I did not want sight of overgrown, or "too" thinly manicured trees, as the 1st impression of my property. Craig and crew worked efficiently and "caringly" to sculpture the trees the way I envisioned. The remaining 4 trees were completed and all limbs and trimmings removed. At completion of job, I could only "smile" at what Tree Logic did for my property. And, 6mos later, that "smile" breaks-out every time I drive up to my property. Thanks Tree Logic, Craig and crew.

Tree Logic showed up right on time. Their work was fast, effective and left no mess behind. They worked safely with helmets and all the proper equipment to get the job done right.

I cannot say enough about Tree Logic and the excellent service they provided. We purchased a home that needed trees removed immediately. Not only did they offer quick response times, the job was done swiftly, correctly, and the clean up was stellar. In the past we have had to clean up after hired crews but not Tree Logic. I could tell they really take pride in their work! Will use again, and have already recommended to several friends! Amazing company!

Tree Logic did an awesome job!! Couldn't be happier. Cleaned up my yard, looks better now than it did. I have used them a couple times a year for quite a few years and would highly recommend them. They are professional and will make sure you are a happy customer always.

Someone was supposed to call and come over to do an estimate but I never heard from them again

Excellently: the crew came right on schedule, were very professional and cheery, worked efficiently, and also cleaned up a lot of fallen leaves that were spread over the yard. It would be very hard to know there had been a tree where they removed the stump - they did a very thorough and neat job. They did a great job, and I will certainly hire them again if I need similar work.

I called to have my 4 palms and fica tree trimmed and they scheduled me approximately 3 weeks out. The work was done on a day when I was at work. I called my daughter to take pictures of the palms and fica tree. My first impression of the fica tree was that it wasn't properly trimmed. On 9/5/18 I got the opinions of my handyman and gardener. My handyman didn't look particularly impressed and my gardener came straight out and said they did a lousy job and he could have done better. I called the company on 9/6/18 and I was told in so many words that it was all in my imagination and most of their customers are satisfied. They told me that they would schedule a time to touch up the fica tree. I haven't heard back from them since. Also, my gardener had to cut down 2 of the fronds on one of the palms. My overall impression is that they did a rush job. That is why I prefer to be at home, when I am having work done on my house. Very disappointed.

Went Very Well!! I text Craig yesterday pics of the tree that was blown sideways from the storm. It was blocking my garage. He was able to give me a quote and a window 10-11 NEXT DAY! Called me the day of an showed EARLY at 9am! The tree was removed and the guys cleaned everything up like it never happened! In addition, provided advice for watering existing, quote to trim other trees, and described how I could improve the health of the palms by cutting out the seed pods to get water flow to the branches! Will hire again!

Craig asked me if I had any pics. I did and he replied back in a few mins with his opinion. It helped immensely but more importantly it allowed me to understand my options quickly. I guess I know who I'm going with the next time I need tree help. Thanks Craig!

Called Tree Logic, who I have used before, and Craig showed next day to provide estimate. I needed to remove tree as roots were raising a "common" cinder block wall. Craig provided estimate and assurance that the stump grinding and "treatment" will stop the roots from anymore damage. Team showed up on schedule, professionally removed the "4 trunk" tree without any additional damage, as it was very close to wall and house.

The December work went fine. The February work did not. Our yard looks great but Craig’s hostile and aggressive behavior toward me ended our relationship. At the beginning of the project, working with Craig was similar to past experience. He was good-natured, agreeable, and easy to work with. He didn’t seem to be very organized, both with his crew and in buying supplies/plants for the project. As the days progressed he started complaining about excessive rework. Except for moving one plant 3 feet, all other perceived rework was between Craig and his crew. When he finished one day earlier than planned due to an emergency in his family, we paid him in full in spite of the fact that the job was not complete. He had misjudged the amount of gravel needed and part of the lights installed did not work properly. He came back the next week arguing that he couldn’t keep doing work for free by tying in existing lighting with the new or by adequately cleaning up a small plant. We told him to skip both and just made the new lights work and finish the graveling. He complained that we had added 11 new plants to the job (which was untrue and we paid for additional plants and work). When he continued to complain about rework and I questioned our responsibility for that, he became aggressive and hostile toward me. He made himself physically bigger by getting on a gravel mound that made him taller than me, spread his arms, leaned in and screamed at me. I went inside and closed the doors while he repaired the lighting system. I was shocked and shaken. When he finished, he pretended like the incident had never happened. Which, quite frankly, was even more frightening than the outburst.

They did a great job, although they showed up 20 minutes late, but they did apologize the said there was an accident on the 60. The work was flawless, the cleaned up and removed all debris. It was like these trees were never there. The did a great job I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and would recommend them to everyone. As a matter of fact a neighbor saw the job they did and I recommended them and gave her their business card

Excellent I had a medium sized Live Oak taken down and the stump removed by Tree Logic today. Literally took them 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. What a pleasure to do business with. Reasonably priced The team at tree logic are true professionals. They showed up on time for the estimate. They showed up on time for the tree removal. They were highly skilled at what they do, and to the letter did everything they said they would do without a single issue. They cleaned up after the removal and did not leave a single trace of there work. I highly recommend this company!

Craig had come out a few weeks before to assess the work and discuss options. He impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge of tree growth. Craig came with a crew of two, got them off to a good start, and left them to cut, trim and cleanup. The crew made sure to check with me before finishing their work to see if further trimming was required. To me that is a sign of pros: they check to make sure the owner is happy before they clean up. And they also cleared extra yard trimmings that I hadn't been able to deal with.

Tree Logic was responsive to my inital call 8 months ago and continued to provide the same quality communication the second time around. Tree Logic thinned the trees and meticulously cleaned up after themselves, ultimately exceeding my expectations regarding the work performed. Tree Logic is professional and delivers quality.

This is the second time we have had Tree Logic come out to treat our Queen and other Palms. They are always professional, on time and do a Fabulous job on the trees. Our trees look so much healthier than some of the others in our neighborhood. And, they always do a great job of cleaning up afterwards!

Craig and his crew arrived early. They worked quickly to remove the two trees. The cleaned everything up and blew the yard prior to leaving. We contacted 3 companies on a Friday and they were the only ones to respond. They had a crew onsite first thing Monday morning to do the work. The worked everything through text messaging in order to respond to our needs quickly as they were very busy with storms that had rolled through the area. The trees were smaller then they appeared in pictures and adjusted the quoted price down once they were onsite to compensate. Totally awesome job! I plan on calling them again in the fall to plant a new tree to replace one of the ones they had to take down.

They arrived right on schedule to give us an estimate. The estimate included the work we requested and identified another problem with an oak tree. On the day of the work, they arrived promptly, worked professionally and efficiently. We are quite pleased with the outcome.

It went great. More importantly Tree Logic (Craig) was very professional, easy to work with, and gave us some great advice for the care and tending of our trees. Work performed as requested, trimming Mesquite, Yucca, and Palo Verde. Trees were pretty overgrown and hanging down to ground. Palo Verde trimmed back to provide clearance for long maintenance pole use around pool. Also they did a great job picking up and blowing debris away to give the yard a really manicured look. Definitely recommend this company.

Tree Logic did an excellent job from scheduling the job to clean up after the job was completed. They are not just a mow and blow person that will trim your tree for an extra fee, but a true tree professional who knows his trees. Showed up with large truck and chipper right on time. Not your cheapest option, but well worth it.
