This company is very professional. They did exactly what we discussed. I like the way Craig phrased, "We can do that but it won't be good for the tree." Giving me a choice. In my mind, that's a true professional.

It went Incredible. Craig and his crew were there EARLY. Went above and beyond what the initial quote was for without charging more. All the crew wore correct PPE and were true professionals the whole time. I will have them back at a later time to take care of the ficus tree next. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HAVING "THE YARD GUY" TRIM YOUR TREES. NOT WORTH IT AND WILL COST YOU MORE IN THE LONG RUN!!!

They were prompt and easily removed the tree and cleaned up the area.

I thought their price was competitive. If I remember right, this guy is an arborist. That's why I think I went with him. They clean things up very well and they're very polite. They were meticulous in making sure it was cleaned up.

This is the second time we've hired Craig. The first was for half of our trees/shrubs. This time was to go over everything in the front and back yards. Craig is great to work with. He directs his crew and pays attention to how the trimming looks. One of the best things about Craig is that he likes to trim the trees/shrubs so that they look natural. His crew cleaned up really well afterwards so that the yard looked fresh. We will use him again.

Craig and his crew removed them taking care of where the limbs fell when they cut them out. When they were finished, they cleaned up our patio, yard, sidewalk and street so well you could not tell they had been here. This is the third time we have hired Tree Logic to do some work for us. We have always been beyond pleased with their work. While they were here, we requested an estimate on removing this tree and replacing it in the future. Craig gave us estimates and several options on the best way to remove it and the size of tree to replace it after he researched costs of trees we are considering. I'm sure we will be contacting them again when we decide to remove it!

These guys are great. This is the 2nd time I've hired them; once again fast, efficient., courteous and Safe! in about 2 hours this 3 man crew dropped, chopped, chipped & cleaned up. Priced lower than competitors through Angies List!

Craig came out to give the estimate and I immediately selected him over the other estimate I received. Not only was the estimate slightly lower but his personality and willingness to work with me set him apart. They arrived on the selected day promptly at 6AM. Craig asked my opinion every step of the way to make sure we were getting what we wanted. The trees look great and they cleaned up the debris. Highly recommended this company.

Craig and his team of two arrived right on time and his crew began setting up for the removals while Craig made sure we were on the same page. I needed two good sized pine trees removed between mine and my neighbors house. There is about 10 feet of space from my roof to my neighbors. Two other tree companys turned down the job because the space was so tight. However it was nothimg for craig and his crew. They were all very nice and worked very fast! The whole job took about three and a half hours. Wich was pretty impressive for the mess and complications involved. Nothing was damaged no one was hurt , and the price was very fair! I would deffinitly rehire and highly recommend Craig and his guys.

Craig and his team were punctual, very efficient and polite. He laid the pine tree down exactly where he wanted it to go to not damage any nearby plants. They were done in about 2 hours and left the yard clean of all traces of the tree. They returned a week later as they said they would to grind the stump out and cleaned up the debris. I would definitely hire this company again.

Brittany was pleasant and very professional when I first called and was able to accommodate me right away. Craig came out to look at the work and gave me a quote. He was prompt , professional and friendly. On the day of service they arrived about 6:30 am as he said they would. All of the work was done to my satisfaction and all was cleaned up beautifully. i would definitely recommend Craig and his team for any tree trimming project, they are knowledgable, prompt, professional and very customer service oriented. Great company to do business with!

I have had Craig and his crew do work for us for the past 3 years and have been super pleased with the customer service and how well they do their job, they always go above and beyond. I have hired contractors in the past and its hard to find an honest company. I am not sure how someone can complain about this company. The owner is always on the job site, always works with me and makes sure I am completely satisfied before he leaves. My yard always looks better after they leave. All the guys on the crew are always very friendly and very knowledgeable. I will continue to use Tree Logic and refer them to our family and friends.

Craig and his crew arrived on time and got right to work. As the men were pruning and shaping the trees, Craig was soliciting my input to be sure I was getting the result I wanted, and I could not be more pleased with the result. My trees look wonderful; now they are all properly shaped and healthy looking. This is the second time I have used Tree Logic and I am pleased and impressed with the job they did. The trees look great, just as I had hoped, and Craig's crew did an amazing job cleaning up my yard. I would not hesitate using them again, or referring them to a friend or neighbor.

Craig came out for an estimate and went over some options on what we can do with our trees. He was very professional and didn't push us on any decisions or make us feel like we had to do something. We felt so comfortable with him and knew he was going to do a great job for us. Craig and his crew came on 11/25 to complete our tree work, they did an outstanding job and went above what we expected. Craig did a couple things extra for free that made our yard even more pretty. It was so nice to know that the owner was on the job site. They cleaned up our yard and made everything look better than before they got there. I will definitely be referring him to everyone and will be using them in the future.

I had used them in the past without any incident, but this time was different. When the job was bid, the cost to trim the trees had doubled from the previous year. I was told it was because they were going to do a deep cut back this time. Craig arrived with 2 gentleman to assist in trimming. After finishing a tree, Craig asked my wife's opinion on the tree. She said the top was still a bit dense and if a strong wind came through it would be an issue. He proceeded to tell her she was wrong (in a non professional almost hostile/defensive manner) and that he always loses money on the jobs he does at our house. Almost like he was trying to bully her into paying more. She responded that he bid the jobs and it was his issue. He then proceed to start yelling at her and told her to not talk to him. My wife considered having them leave at the point, but there was a significant amount of debris from the tree trimming blocking the entire driveway and she would not be able to get out. My wife avoided him from that point on. When the job was basically complete, she paid the bill and tried to explain to Craig that she was uncomfortable with the manner in which he had behaved earlier and he got hostile/defensive again. He stormed off the job and left the other gentleman to clean up. The other gentleman on the job were very professional and we had no issue with them. I have no complaints about the work the other gentleman did. Our issue was with the lack of professionalism displayed by Craig with him complaining about what he charged for the current and prior jobs as well as yelling at a client because he didn't like their opinion.

Craig and his two guys arrived on time, reviewed the scope of work and immediately got to work cutting down the palms. Great finished his work and left his crew to finish up. These guys continued to clean up and finish up the job. I had a few requests and they were pleased to do what I asked. Craig's crew were as professional and courteous as Craig. I would definitely use Tree Logic again and would recommend withoutT reservation.

Tree Logic has worked for us in the past. They arrived on time, proceeded immediately with the task and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. We are very satisfied with their work and would use them again if necessary.

We had 2 large pine trees that had taken over our back yard. I called Tree Logic and got a call back within 24 hours. Craig is very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He gave us some recommendations and answered any questions we had. They show up exactly on time and did a great job, completely cleaned up when they were done,and left the yard looking great. They came back to grind down the stumps and we couldn?t be happier. I would defiantly recommend Tree Logic

Craig and his crew were awesome! They took care of all my requests and were polite and professional. After a large storm Craig moved up my appointment date so I could get the fallen branches out of my neighbors yard. Did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards also. I Would highly recommend them for any tree service needs.

Craig did a great job. He was on time. The pine trees look really great as a result of the thinning that he did. My wife loved the "new look." Craig did a good job on the clean up. I asked if he could do the Bottle tree just a few days before he came out. He was able to get that done the same day and then came back a couple of weeks later to grind the stump. When he did the stump grind, he inadvertently broke a sprinkler pipe, which he told me about. I ended up doing the repair, and he reimbursed me for the repair. I think Craig was very fair and responsible. His price was significantly better than 2 other quotes that I received. I would highly recommended Craig and I will use his services again.

Craig's company was the third company I called but was able to get the work done the earliest. He was out of town when I called but he asked me to text him some pictures of the job. He gave me an estimate of $600 based on the pictures which was slightly lower than my other estimate. His office was very diligent in calling when they promised to assure/remind when work was going to be performed. Craig and his two employees arrived ahead of schedule and got started right away. I arrived when they were around halfway done and the first thing Craig did after introducing himself was show me a sidewalk light they had broken inadvertently. He offered to cover the cost (which we agreed later to turn into an even trade to stake another tree), but what I appreciated most is that it was the first thing he showed me when I got there. Everyone makes mistakes but instead of waiting until later or hoping I didn't notice, Craig owned up to the mistake immediately. Once they were done with the palo, I asked if they could trim a tipu that was encroaching on the house. He said he could do it immediately and it would be $100. It ended up not taking him long so he knocked it down to $50 and then gave me some expert advice regarding tree size, type, positioning, thinning, etc. Craig and his employees appear to be stand up individuals and I would definitely hire them again for any future tree-related needs.

Craig was a pleasure to work with. After receiving a very fair bid for the work, he followed up with a phone call to see if I had any further questions and to schedule the removal. Him and his crew treated me with patience and respect during the "removal of this HUGE, mature tree. They removed all stumps and debris. He followed up with an additional phone call to schedule a follow up stump grinding. We liked them so much we asked them to also correctly prune our fruit trees. They were perfect! I would HIGHLY recommend Craig and his crew to anyone. They are A+++

They were on time, very professional, did an excellent job. Where the tree was located they would have had to rip up the sidewalk to get all the roots and that was not an option so they explained to me what to use to kill the roots and I did what they said and that worked and I've had no problems with tree re-growing. I would use them again.
