WONDERFUL.

As a senior citizen, I have to watch my expenditures. I did my Angie's research, and contacted 4 "A" rated tree specialist's. I had them come out and estimate the work to be done. I received estimates ranging from $400 to $650. The only one that presented a true professional appearance was Craig, the owner of Tree Logic. Craig's original quote was for $450, but I chose him to do the work even though he was not the lowest quote. Finally, a good decision on my part. They sometimes come far apart. I called Craig to set up an appointment for this Friday with an expected arrival time of between 6:30 and 7:00AM. He called me the night before to confirm Friday's schedule. He and his worker Ben, arrived at 6:45AM. Now, I had forget to tell Craig about his Angie's List senior discount of 5% at the time of his appraisal, and asked him if he would honor it after the fact. He said he would. On the morning of his arrival to do the work, I got on Angie's List to check his page and saw he was offering a 10% Angie's List coupon. I asked Craig if he would honor the new discount and he very apologetically said no , as this was posted just last night. He asked me I was OK with that and I said yes. He and Ben got right to work. A few minutes later as I was outside, Craig told me he WOULD honor the discount. Craig did not have to do this for me and I expressed my gratitude with warm felt "thank you". Craig and Ben did a fantastic job of trimming both trees to my satisfaction, checking with me see if there was any thing that needed to be done. They cleaned up to make the back yard look cleaner than it has been in weeks, as I have back issues and cannot do this work any more. You will not find 2 more hard working individuals than Craig and Ben. They were here for 3 hours. I will be using Craig again early next year to have him trim my fruit trees. I have found my tree guy!

Tree logic did a great job and was on time. He removed a large dead eucalyptus tree in our backyard and also ground the stump. Did a great job cleaning up our yard. Would highly recommend him on any tree removal and trimming. and will have them back in the future.

My husband and I were so pleased with Tree Logic. We called many companies for estimates and we felt that Tree Logic was the most knowledgeable, professional, and qualified. He did a great job, he trimmed a couple palm trees, removed a palm tree, and planted two citrus trees for us. Being that Craig is a certified arborist, he gave us alot of information on how to take care of the trees, trimming, fertilizer, etc. I wouldn't recommend anyone else except Tree Logic. I have had other companies out over the years, and we were very disappointed in their service.

Craig is a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional and ethical. He evaluated the condition and placement of our trees and suggested a plan for managing them. Craig showed up on time and performed all the required work as discussed. He and his worker did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. We were very pleased with the results and look forward to doing business with him in the future. We heartily recommend him.

Tree Logic did a great job, as usual. This is about the fourth time I have hired this company, but it's the first time they've done our palms. In the past, I've received estimates ranging from $450-$1600 to trim (not skin) these same palms. I decided to have Craig do them this year because he has done an excellent job on previous tree work for us. He offered to do the work for $450.00, as that's what I paid someone else two years ago. Last year, I paid a different company $500.00, so I paid TreeLogic the same. I always get more than my money's worth with this company because they clean up well and sometimes offer to throw in a minor trim of something else in the yard. Craig is very knowledgeable and sometimes offers helpful suggestions. When I hire a contractor, I typically obtain three-to-five estimates. So I know I'm getting good pricing from TreeLogic. Previously, I have hired this company to cut down and stump grind a dead orange tree, prune my frost-stricken ficus, remove a ficus (and replace with a beautiful Shamel Ash, which Tree Logic suggested), pick out and plant a Mediterranean Fan Palm, etc. Next winter, we're hiring him to skin our Mexican and also Queen Palms. If you need a job done, plan on about two weeks lead time. Tree Logic also does neighborhood work for HOA's. On a personal note, what is admirable about the owner, who is originally from the Midwest, is that he lost his parents when he was just 14 due to a plane crash. Rather than falling through the cracks, he became a knowledgeable arborist (not sure if this was through education or experience). He created his own business, has a family, works hard, and is very responsible. He doesn't just own the business, he does the work himself with the aid of an assistant.

I was referred to Tree Logic by our lanscaping company, as they do not do tall Palm Trees. Craig was easy to get a hold of, and came over to look at what needed to be done. He wrote up an estimate with his recommendatoins, and we scheduled the work. His rates were excellent. He came with his crew on the agreed upon date and time, and did a nice job, including cleanup. He even added some small cleaup on some smaller trees on our property without charging. Overall a very positive experience, and will have him come next yeat as well. The work consisted of trimming our tall mexican fan palms, cleaning up / shaving down down several canary island date palms (pineapple palms).
