Everything went perfectly. I arranged the move a couple of weeks in advance. Jamaal was the only mover I contacted who could do the move exactly when I wanted to do it, and his price--a flat rate, not an estimate--was $700 lower than the next company and $1100 less than the third one. He and his helper arrived a few minutes early and loaded the truck in 4-5 hours, then drove to San Diego. I left about 90 minutes after they did and arrived about an hour ahead of them. It took them another 4 hours or so to unload the truck and put the bed back together. Then, to my amazement, they drove back to Phoenix the same night. Now that I've unpacked almost everything except books, I can say with some confidence that there's no damage, loss, or breakage. In all aspects of the process, Jamaal was totally professional and dependable. He also offered some valuable tips on packing.

I contacted the owner of Thomas Logistics in mid-afternoon on 5/6/2014 via phone and explained the details regarding what I needed to have done and when I wanted to do it, that evening. He quoted the price over the phone and we arranged to meet outside the Costco store at 6pm that day. He showed up right on time, loaded the 400 lb. purchase on to his truck and delivered it inside my back yard by 6:30pm. He was totally professional and I was totally satisfied with the job he did. I would hire him again for sure.

I called Thomas Logistics when our originally scheduled mover was a no show. They were at my doorstep two hours later with a crew of 2 and they were terrific. They were quick, capable, respectful of my home, cheerful and professional. Best of all they responded quickly when I was left in a lurch. I readily recommend that you call them to help with your packing and moving needs.

Arrived on-time, went about their business, wrapped furniture, loaded truck, then unloaded. Very reasonable. Polite and friendly.

Thomas Logistics was awesome! From the bid to delivery he kept us informed and when loading & unloading treated my stuff like it was his own. I'm so glad I found him!

I should have asked more questions about what the packers were going to do. The ladies were very kind, but the packing was horrific. I was not able to help them with everything because I have small children and was trying to take care of them and pack other rooms. I was in and out of the rooms they were working on but was impressed at how quickly they were getting done. Boxes were labeled but like items were not packed together (i.e. kids toys were packed with adult clothes and/or books or whatever was around). I had to get something out of one of the boxes the next day and I'm glad I did because I was able to see that things were just thrown in boxes, literally thrown. No clothes were folded, books were in boxes with other things and it was a complete mess. I spent the entire day and the morning before I left repacking everything. I'm disappointed because I hired them to alleviate the stress of packing myself with three young children. Unfortunately it created more stress as my husband and I spent more time repacking. Their moving services may be highly rated but I wouldn't recommend their packing services unless maybe you could write exactly what you wanted done and how (but who has time for that?)

Called for a same day move and Thomas was able to accommodate. Called to keep me updated for when he would arrive. Thomas came out to do the job himself.

Very professional. And SO nice and caring. Treated me like he cared about my move and that I was not just another customer. Charged by the job instead of by the hour which saved us alot of money. Arrived on time, they were very organized. Finished on time as well. Did a great job of protecting the furniture during the move. When moving items into the storage unit, we needed them separated as they will be going to different locations - and they were willing to do that without any problems. Could not be happier!! Don't hesitate to hire these movers!!

I contacted Jamaal to inquire about a move to Sacramento and he stated he would provide me with a free estimate to give me a more accurate quote. Jamaal arrived on time the next day and provided me with a quote and also told me packing tips. I decided to hire him for the move to Sacramento. On the day of the move, Jamaal and his worker arrived at 6am as scheduled and worked very hard. They loaded everything up within 8 hours and drove my belongings to Sacramento. They arrived on time and nothing was broken when I finally started to unpack. I would definitely use their services again and have referred my friends as well.

They showed up on time, were very friendly and professional. They moved everything in a very timely manner with NO damage to any of our belongings. They were great to work with and the price was unbeatable!

Jamal and his helper arrived on time (5 am) and worked very hard to load two relocation cubes. Jamal did an excellent job of stacking and loading and his price was very reasonable. At the other end of the long distance move, we found that almost every piece of furniture sustained damage from rubbing because not enough padding or wrapping was used. I would highly recommend him for local moves. If you use his company for a long distance move, be sure to wrap or pad each piece of furniture. Everything in boxes came through fine.

They were prompt and did a good job. They were reasonably priced and call 24 hours prior to confirm the appointment. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Mr. Thomas responded to an ad I placed on Craigslist and we made the appointment while I was still living in Georgia. His crew arrived on time the day of the move. They were very efficient and careful. There was not a scratch in spite of the narrow stairs. I will use him again this month and am so glad I still had his number as it was a truly a great experience.
