Hired them to fix washer machine because it would not drain completely, but it was a bit of water left in the waher. Now after "fixing it" I have water all over my laundry room, looks like a flood. Tried calling and left message. They are avoiding my calls and will not return messages.

They will not give estimates on phone but are just working on a standard price sheet that they negotiate down from.

Chris Hart and his crew were awesome. I had gotten 8 estimates for a main sewer line repair where a tree root had pushed down on the pipe causing it to belly and also separate from the city sewer stub. Because of the possibility of the city having to be involved plus SRP because of an easement on our property the possibility of the job going into the tens of thousands was looming. Chris walked us through the project and made it happen quickly and painlessly. Great guy and great company. HIghly recommend.
