The tech was was able to determine the problem. However the cost of replacing one fuse totaled approx $240.00 which I feel was way over priced. The company was contacted about a possible price adjustment with no results. No itemized cost sheet was supplied. I would not suggest company due to over-pricing,

Customer service when I called to explain my need was excellent. Service from the tech that came to my home was also great and the job was done quickly. My only gripe, and I have seen this same complaint on the other reviews I read, was the cost. I only needed to have someone replace my RO cartridges (which I had here already!). I had a $50 coupon for the service call (normally $69) but the final cost was $190.00!!! So without my $50 coupon this 40 minute service call needing no parts would have been $240.00?!?! Wow!

Alex came out and did an excellant job of getting a new water heater installed. The cost seemed to be on the higher end of the going rate. I would have liked to have had an itemized invoice with parts and labor broken out. I did appreicated the first time customer discount that I recevied.

I thought they were very pricey, but they were nice to come down to our price range.

I am overwhelmed with the consideration, quick response and professionalism of Professors of Plumbing. I called on a Saturday morning and within 2 minutes had a call back. Jennifer texted me throughout the weekend, assuring me that they were the right people for this HUGE job - and she was right! Not only did they save me $1000.00 from the next lowest bid, but the foreman Frank was kind, considerate and knew exactly what he was doing. When they left, you would have never known what had occurred in my front yard. I can't thank them enough. I signed up for their Dean's List so I am sure I will receive the same quality care and service I did on Tuesday. I love you guys!

Our project manager was professional and honest in his assessment and presentation of our options. He spent a long time talking with us and answering questions. On the day of the repair (install of new unit), he came out to check on the progress of the tech and spent more time with us. Very much appreciated.

They were professional, polite, speedy and I would definitely use them again.

It's the saturday before Easter after 1 p.m. and they still came out, checked the washer, located a part in south Tempe. got the part and installed it. Fantastic to work with Matt and Jennifer. Great company. will use again!!

Excellent service. Aaron is very professional and knowledgeable and answered every question without hesitation. Could not rate the value for money because I do not know the cost of unit or labor hourly charge. I am very satisfied with installation.
