I have been using Thomas Home Services for many years and they never let me down. Ty came out to do a plumbing inspection and I noted a few things that needed attention. Chris and Ty were quick efficient and very knowledgeable. I am grateful to have such a company work on my mobile home. Great job guys... new faucet and drain in master bath and new hot water heater

*Update: They never came back and never called me. The issue with my kitchen plumbing wasn't resolved so they are coming back out to see what they can do for me. This is fantastic and I greatly appreciate it. Looking forward to giving them a 5 star review!

I asked repeatedly for detailed bills. Never did get one. Have used them for 3 projects and all I ask is a detailed bill. I won't use them anymore. I am the customer. Give me a detailed bill!!!!

I was charged a fee to come out to the house, $69, this I understand. The plumber tighten a screw and charged me $85, just for a loose screw. The billing then shows the total $142.00 'member cost' and a 'potential savings' $12.00 to make the total price for a loose screw....$154.00. Potential Savings? Since when does savings get added on? I will never call these guys again!

I had been noticing that my water pressure was low, and was concerned that I had a leak in an underground pipe. The worker who came said that my water pressure regulator was failing. He made an adjustment that fixed the problem, and another worker came out several days later to install a new regulator.
