Needed to order part, which arrived the next morning, and returned that day for installation, and only charged for one visit plus the part cost. Called frequently with updates and to check on our satisfaction. Very professional in every step of the process. Would definitely choose again for plumbing

They were on time

The technician didn't give me a good feeling from the very beginning. He spent less than 10 minutes repairing a leak with total parts costing well under $15. Charged me $325 minus 10% coupon I'd found. Unfortunately I had to have the service performed today so I got taken. The tech left without testing the repair for leaks and left my water main off. I didn't realize this until he had already begun to leave my property. Sloppy work overall and a real ripoff. Do yourself a favor and find another plumbing company.

Although work was great, I was rather surprised at the labor costs. $290 to install a faucet and $393 each to install vanity drains. I must be in the wrong business!

$240 for 45min is excessive....

customer service was amazing, i rec'd a call almost immediately after scheduling my appt. I had scheduled for Wed, which was 2 days away, but they were actually able to come the same day. Tech was very professional, and had to leave to get the part that was needed, but he came back and did the repair within the hour. Very impressed, and will recommend this company and will use again if the need arises. Thanks again!!

The plumber made a quote and stuck to it, was at my home early on Christmas Eve. He worked through the day and the rain to reconnect a new water line to my house. I was very impressed with his work ethic and quality of work.

I felt the service was dishonest and coercive. He didn't just come to quote, but had parts in hand, but all the wrong ones for what was needed. After installing the ones he had, he told us how much more the others we needed. We paid the bill and sent him on his way. We acquired the parts on-line for a fraction (10%) of quoted and fixed the rest ourselves. He also kept getting our job confused with his next call, one who has a home warranty in place, where we do not. We felt fleeced and we're left with the real problem not fixed.

Thought trip charge was duplicative since had additional charge for repair service. Hard to complain about cost since technician was most knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant I've ever had.
