+ -1 morePretty Good...one issue they deleted software that I still wanted to keep without informing me. Other than that everything was great. A little bit of a hassle getting it re-installed as much my fault as theirs. Regardless cost were reasonable turn around time was above expected highly recommend would utilize their services again.

+ -1 moreI have never gotten better or more knowledgable service. I had a big problem in that my iMac was so old, if I updated the operating system up to the current one being used I would lose all my older programs, but if I didn't upgrade my computer would soon be unable to share pictures and music with my husbands iPad. The guys at the Orchard had the solution. They partitioned my hard drive in half and upgraded one side to the current OS and kept the other half with an older version so my old Filemaker and Photoshop would still work and I wouldn't lose what had been expensive programs back in their day. On top of which they happily answered my numerous questions on how everything worked and told me to call if I got stuck on anything. All that for $60.00? I am just blown away! I had been told they were good by someone who bought a refurbished laptop there and that was no exaggeration. Thank you Orchard guys!
Description of Work: I had my older imac computer operating system updated and my hard drive partitioned.

We are happy to service your MacBook Pro, iMac or any other Apple laptop or desktop computer. We sell Apple computers. We stock almost every Apple Computer. Our Macs are all pre-owned so you will save up to 75% off original new pricing. We also sell iPhones and iPads, however supply is limited. We are always happy to special order or custom build a Mac for you.
While we strive to offer as many services as possible, there are some that we simply cannot offer. We are unable to repair water damaged iPhones, iPads and iPods. We typically only offer screen repair on these devices. We are always happy to answer any Apple related question, but are unable to offer any training services. We do not offer any in-home or networking services. We typically do not sell brand new computers. We don't fix computers that run Windows or Android phones and tablets.
