He is very friendly and always comes on time. He makes a lot of good suggestions and he is very professional and I always recommend him to anyone needing a handyman.

He did a real great job in all the tasks. Even if unfortunately we had some problems, he resolved them promptly and on his own. He came through with a high quality and professional job. I would highly recommend him for small as well as major jobs.

Very impressed. He called me on his way over to inquire about the kind of disposal he was requesting. Turned out, I needed a new power cord (not included with the replacement I had purchased). He stopped and picked one up on the way over.

He was terrible. He overcharged me and sent incorrect invoices. He didn't provide backup for his invoices. The work he did was not justified for the prices he charged. The work wasn't done correctly. He lost one of my keys and never told me. I had to get another key made. I ended up having to get somebody else to finish up the job.

I called Warren in the morning and he said he would try to rearrange his schedule, which he did. He was at my home before noon and did the job quickly and efficiently. His price was very fair. I would definitely use him again for various other situations.

The entire experience was pleasant. Wayne definitely knew what he was doing.

Our tenants moved out on Memorial Day, and that's when we realized all the damage that was done to the house. I quickly called several vendors for handyman services. Wayne called back that day on Memorial Day, even though it was a holiday. He showed up the next day, and provided a very reasonable quote. When we accepted the quote, he went right to work. Much of the work was completed that day, and then he came back and finished up the work the next day. He even found some stuff that needed to be done that we hadn't found yet. He attended to all of it under the original quote, which was much appreciated. Wayne was very personable and professional, and his prompt service was much appreciated. We had a high sense of urgency because we needed to get a lot of that fixed so we could start to show it to new prospective renters. And within two days, Wayne had it all completed. Overall a job well done and done with a positive, professional attitude.

Wayne took out the old door and installed the new one in a half day.

He does odd jobs, everything that I needed he would do it. He found me a great source for the manufacturer from a sun screen company to repair a sun shade on my property. He repaired the outdoor sun screen, toilets, etc. He is a very dependable to work with, and easy to work with. He understands what you need, and does it. He always would have receipts for anything he bought.

The Knowledgeable Handyman was good and I would have him again. He did a good job. He was efficient and knowledgeable. I am waiting for him to come back and do more work after he recovers from a surgery. His pricing is fair.

I called TKH and left a voicemail. Wayne called back within the hour. I told him I have a rental house that needs multiple small repairs made soon so I can rent it. He told me he would go out on Monday (I think it was Friday or Sat. I talked to him) to look at the work and he would email me an estimate. I hadn't heard back from him until Thurs. when his email said he went over on Monday, but didn't have time to get me a quote yet. Needless to say, I need to get the house rented so I called another local handyman service on Thurs. They called me back within the hour, looked at the work and gave me an estmate the next day. They got the job.

He answered my e-mail right away and set up a date for an estimate. He arrived at the appointed time for both the estimate and actual work day. Worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned as he went so nothing was left untidy. A very nice and friendly person. I have more things I would like to have done and will definitely be calling Wayne.

Great communication and service from Wayne. Had several eMail communications to arrange work and time. He was on-time and completed the work quickly. Quality is great! Thanks to Angie's List I found a good guy on the first try! I will continue using Wayne for my future jobs.

Wayne was very pleasant and professional. He arrived and went right to work on my list, finishing in a timely way and charging a very reasonable amount. The only things he did not do right away were those that required materials he did not have with him. We set up another time, and Wayne brought the needed supplies and completed the work. I was very satisfied with the job he did. He also pointed out some other things I needed to take care of (not in his area), which I appreciated.

We had postponed the bathroom re-model several times over the years, and couldn't find anyone who would service Casa Grande. Finally, we tried quoting this year, and were so impressed by Wayne's high ratings on Angie's List. Another provider (not on the list) quoted a blank price, but with no details. Wayne came out to Casa Grande to see the bathroom, took detailed notes, and sent pictures of his previous work. Very impressive! Wayne will be our #1 choice for any work in the future.

Wayne, the owner of the company, checks his e-mail early in the morning and responds to any voice mail at that time as well. As such, there can be a delay in his getting back to you....so allow time for this when contacting him or asking a question. He promptly arrived on the day of the installation and was done in less than 3 hours. Unfortunately, there were three minor leaks found later that day. After sending e-mail and getting an answer the following day, I was able to fix two of them myself by simply tightening it just a bit with a couple of wrenches. The third leak was resolved several days later when Wayne was able to return and fix the problem. It could have been done earlier but trying to schedule a mutual time for both of us to be at the house was the reason for the delay. His original estimate was $160 which did not include the shutoff valves and since he did not look the project over before doing it, I thought this was a fair and satisfactory price. I would recommend Wayne to other home owners.

I had used him in the past and had set up a time frame for him to do some work in January. I then had to call him back to reschedule the work to June; my life just became a bit to chaotic. He informed me that he could not schedule that far out and asked me to call back in May to schedule a time frame then. I called in May as asked and emailed him as well. His response was just confirming he received my email but without any other information. After no real response to get to work scheduled, I had to email and completely cancel. He does do good work, is professional and tidy but just isn’t responsive. The grades I am giving are strictly for this experience. I very disappointed since I really enjoyed his work in the past!

Wayne arrived on time and immediately went to work to repair and fix items around my house from the list that I had prepared. He worked for 3 1/2 hours nonstop and finished everything in less time than I thought it would take, including a trip for him to go to the hardware store for parts that I needed for some of the projects. I had a wide variety of type of repairs and Wayne was knowledgeable about everything. I am very impressed with Wayne and will continue to use him. I will hire him to update a bathroom in the near future. Wayne is very friendly and very hardworking. I am glad that I found him and recommend him highly.

Wayne gave me an estimate of around 800 dollars for the work and materials. The actual cost came in under that even after doing some additional work in the bathrooms. He did an excellent job, was responsive and very heplful through out the project.

When I first called Wayne, I left a voice message. He returned it the same day and gave me a quote over the phone. I set up an appointment with him for later in the week. Wayne arrived on time and went directly to work. He finished in less time than he had estimated. Everything was left neat and clean when he was done. He even looked at a couple other things that we may want done later. He was professional and it was obvious that he had experience based upon his answers to our questions. He was honest on what he would do and what he preferred not to work on. And he was patient and good with our dogs.

On time even though it was a longer drive for him. Did more than he promised. Solid work.
