Called at 8 AM and he came out same day at 11:30 AM. Wayne went to the store for supplies and the water heater. Came back approximately one hour later and completed work. Very satisfied with work. Wayne also did a nice job of cleaning work area.

Our main problem was a toilet in which the toilet paper holder accidentally got flushed down the toilet. This resulted in clogging. We didn't think it could be retrieved considering the length of the toilet paper bar/ holder. Wayne removed the toilet and proceeded to work on getting the holder out. It took about 20 minutes, but he succeeded. The other job was minor - a leaking kitchen faucet, which he fixed very quickly. He was neat, clean and tidy in his work. Friendly, courteous, professional and VERY knowledgeable, a title that fits 100%. And his fees were very reasonable, as well! We were extremely happy with his service and would hire him for ANY handy work in a heartbeat! Very highly recommended!

Great! He did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and gave me good advice regarding placement of hardware and type of plug plates to use with new back splash. I will use him again.

Wayne made several trips out to help repair and install various things at our new home. His schedule is pretty busy, but he was able to schedule the work around other contractors and my schedule. (The multiple trips were because we discovered new things that needed to be done and because some of the fixtures were on special order and hadn't arrived yet.) He was very honest and helpful about explaining our options for the repairs (e.g. we opted to have him do some less expensive short-term fixes for the plumbing issues since we plan to do a major bathroom remodel later). Wayne is friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, and we will definitely call him again.

From the first phone call to settling the bill, Wayne has been prompt, efficient, clean, competitive, a wealth of knowledge and just a great overall resource. He estimated his labor at $750 plus materials and came in at exactly that. In addition to doing a great job he made suggestions that we would not have thought of but that made a real difference in the finished product. We are so happy with his work, we are planning to use him again on our remodel project next month.

Mr. Irwin returned my initial phone call promptly, arranged a time to come and came at the time appointed. He worked quickly and efficiently, left things tidy and clean and was very reasonable in his charge. He is a very pleasant person, friendly and helpful. I will certainly use him again.

This handyman is polite, personable and professional. He did a good job, made sure the old faucet was working, installed a new soap dispenser. He is trustworthy and I will use him again in the future.

Wayne was prompt and courteous. He explained the job and what was involved completely prior to beginning. The work was excellent, he cleaned up the area after finishing, and even gave me some useful suggestions on how I could make the bath area safer for my elderly dad. The price was a bargain for the quality of work performed. I will definitely hire Wayne for other jobs I need done.

I called THEM to get an estimate on a partial bathroom remodel and found the price too expensive after his rate quote.

THE ONLY HANDYMAN OUT OF THREE I CONTACTED THAT RETURNED MY CALL. HE WAS PUNCTUAL, PREPARED AND DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY FASHION, AND DID A FEW EXTRAS LIKE AFFIXING THE WATER FILTER AND ADDING A SAFETY VALVE TO IT.
