+ -1 moreI thought buying a locally manufactured Hot Tub was a good thing...which I was wrong. The control board completely failed 7 months after installation. The tech came out and replaced the board in less than 5 minutes. I was then sent a bill for $120. I was never told that this charge would be added and the tech didn't even leave a paper receipt. This company doesn't stand behind there spas even if the salesman tells you directly they are covered for 18 months. Poor quality, very poor warranty/service agreement, and horrible customer service. I'll certainly never buy from Sunset Spas again.....Kyle K.(Chandler)
Description of Work: New spa (<7 months) had control board completely fail. Charged $120 even thought salesman informed me there was a 18 month warranty.

+ -1 moreEverything went very well. I didnt have to wait around. Very prompt service. Very clear that they were intersted in supporting me and that I was getting what I needed.
Description of Work: Got the filters and chemicals I needed. They repaired a couple of the jets for no charge. The owner also answered any other questions I had and spent about 20 minutes me. I would highly reccommed anyone buying a spa to check them out.
