 + -1 moreThis is an example of the excellent customer service we've always received from Strohman Water Treatment. He installed an under-sink reverse osmosis machine for us a few years ago. He did warranty repairs on it about a year or two afterwords. He is always punctual and always helpful. We highly recommend this service.
Description of Work: I called to ask what filters we need for our reverse-osmosis system that Strohman installed a few years ago. He called back, offering to come out and install for us. We really didn't have budget for that -- we just wanted the filters -- so I asked if he could just tell me what filters to buy, and I'd install them myself. He offered to provide the filters at a discount, and mailed them to us. We received them a couple days later.
