+ -1 moreThe city of Tempe chose 3 landscape companies to help its residents to find insured providers for a reasonable cost so Tempe residential properties could be maintained and keep Tempe as an inviting place to live and do business. One company called and emailed me several times to set up an appointment. I spoke with the second company over the phone. And then there is Somerset. I emailed, called several times, left messages and finally one day someone answered the phone. I made an appointment with the only employee that would handle these jobs and he never showed up. I called and asked where he was and when, after almost an hour, I had not heard back I called again and got no answer. I left a message, which was quite pointed as to how I felt I was being treated, and got a call back 10 minutes later to say the man had taken the day off. Only excuse for not calling me to cancel the appointment was that "we are quite busy". I guess they don't need my business. Wonder why they have NO reviews in the past three years on Angie's List and have been on it since 2010. No one using Somerset Landscape?
