We have only used Sierra Heating and Cooling all these years because the owner and his wife are extremely honest and just extremely fine people. We still laugh about it, but the very first time I ever met Greg back in 2006, he was working on our unit and when he finished I offered him a $20 tip over what the charge was. I told him I knew the owner was probably relaxing while he is outside in the 116 degree temperature so please take this and get something on the way back home. He turned it down and just said thank you. I later learned that he was the owner...oooops. Oh well, at least I learned that I had come across someone extremely honest and I we have continued using Greg ever since. All I can say is, you can not go wrong with this company. The integrity and depth of character of the owner and his wife are a welcome relief in a world of gimme gimme gimme. They're out of business, and we got a call from somebody who acquired the business asking if they could come out and check out the system. We had a dispute with them initially, as the maintenance was under warranty, but they billed us. We never paid and eventually they gave up trying to collect it.

They were pretty quick, always got here on time and their prices were competitive. They are very honest people who don t try to sell you anything. I would recommend them everyone.
