It took 8 weeks for the shutters to be completed as they are all made to order. They came later than anticipated, but they called and kept me informed on when I could expect them. It got later in the day and I didn't want them to come if they were going to rush through the job in order to get home. I was told that that would not do that to any customer, so they actually made it to my house a little after 5pm. There were 4 men doing the work and they were very pleasant and worked well together. The shutters were completely installed by 6:30pm and I inspected the work done. They pointed out to me that they had inadvertantly damaged the paint in the sliding glass door area, but it was only two small patches and they were easily repainted with extra wall paint I had on hand. They also gave me a small can of matching paint for the shutters in case I might need it. I was thrilled with the shutters. They fit perfectly and work easily. I don't think I could be happier. The company was great to work with from the sales person to the installers. I was given a card to call the company if there was any problem at all or if I had any questions. Very professional company to work with. I will use them again when I am ready to upgrade the window coverings in the next room.

Worker came at arranged time and quickly took necessary measurements. He gave advice on finer points of design, and we took his advice. Blinds came within stated period of time, and they were installed very quickly. We have been totally satisfied with them--quality, service, and cost. I would not hesitate to deal with the company again.

We could not be happier with the outstanding customer service and work performed by Shutterz, Inc. !! My husband and I currently live in Ohio, but recently purchased a retirement home in Gilbert, AZ and were concerned about this work being done while we were not there to and quot;inspect and superviseand quot; as we are VERY particular about quality products and installation. However, from the start, Andy was wonderful in working with us in their showroom, then at our house (the very next day!) where his personalized service and attention to detail quickly put us at ease. Their price was reasonable and we were please that they did not tack on 'extras' for every little feature like most other companies do. Installation was scheduled and done on time and they were sure to send us photos of our new and gorgeous fully installed shutters. The whole process was VERY smooth from start to finish. The plantation shutters are of very high quality (and made in the USA ...right there in Shutterz, Inc.'s Chandler, AZ shop) and the installation is impeccable. We felt like a valued customer by this reputable family business and would highly recommend them to anyone !!

On day of appointment workers arrived right on time and proceeded to remove old shutters and install new ones. Very courteous and friendly. With one window completed they moved on to the other window. This window had a very large arch and there was a minor fitting problem. The owner came out to the site and said they would have to take it back to the shop to fix the problem so that it would be right and I would be happy with it. They installed temporary window coverings (no charge) and made an appointment convenient to me a couple of days later and fininshed the job. The finished job is excellent and the look of the new shutters is better than I thought it would be. This company went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every part of the job. I would definitley recommend Shutterz Inc. and use them again. Thanks to everyone at Shutterz for the job you did on my house.

They are excellent; he measured, had our order on time and he put them in. They are outstanding. He was very easy to work with, was very thorough in explaining about how he was going to do it and gave us good advice on what would match the one door that had shutters on it. I'd definitely refer him to anybody without a doubt.

I liked Shutterz Inc. Their quality and the installation seem good. The people who installed them were very nice. It was a good experience and I would recommend them. The price was competitive - I shopped around.

It was a wonderful experience. When we ordered the shutters, we were told it would be 6-8 weeks before the shutters would be finished. (They are made in the USA and made to order.) EXACTLY 6 weeks to the day, we received an e-mail that the shutters were done and could they be installed the following week? The salesman who came to our house to explain the products offered and take measurements, the office staff who kept us informed the whole time, and the installers who did a great job with no mess all deserve the highest praise for a job well done.

We used SHUTTERZ on the recommendation of our builder to measure, fabricate and install wooden shutters throughout our new home. We have had shutters in previous homes and the quality of the SHUTTERZ product is far superior to the national brands. The installation was flawless and any minor issues that have come up have been remedied immediately. Every interaction with any member of the staff of this company has been very pleasant. These are good folks who offer excellent products and service.
