Appliance Repair
Technician was knowledgeable and prompt, but insisted that we vent the dryer differently. We know we have a small space for it, but we have no choice other than a home remodel. We know we have to clean it frequently.

This service provider was very knowledgeable and replaced a roller in the dryer. He did insist that we should replace the dryer vent with a rigid vent to prevent collapse in the small space we have for this appliance. We tried that, but we could not get it to fit. We understand that it needs more space, but we have no real options at this point.

The refrigerator was fine. We attempted to buy a gas grill and we wanted it delivered to us instead of the store, and they insisted that it had to be shipped and assembled there. I would not shop here again.

The delivery of the first one.. I was told it would be easy just to set a time for them to come. NO IT"S NOT. There is a 4 hour window.I agreed to a time. They arrived a half hour prior to the 4 hour window. I was still at work. They said they would leave if I didn't show up soon, they would go on and I would have to reschedule. I got home. They installed it, leaving glue and black finger prints all over it then said they would appreciate it if I gave them a good review when Sears called. It worked well for 8 months then the problems. I called Sears.They said I had to go pick a model and pay the upgrade fee.I didn't like it but agreed to it. The next one broke,couldn't open the door.It wouldn't spin.Sears says I have to ask the store if they will accept the return. I ask the store they say its not up to them.Sears offers me a $100 upgrade.I just want my $ back. have the technician come out who agrees its broken. Sears takes it. Then I argue over how much $ Sears will give me back.I don't get the delivery charge of $65 back. With the second machine, Sears gave me a $111 discount.Sears now argues they gave me that money so they will take it off what they owe me. I try to explain to the "customer service" man that giving me a discount does not give me money in my pocket. It was a discount on a machine I no longer have. He says no they gave me that money so they will be taking it off my refund. So, now I'm fighting for my money back. I still have 17 parts in my living room (one looks like the shell for the washer its so big) and my floor has yet to be repaired. STAY AWAY FROM SEARS. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
