Scott Dial Carpet Care

I installed new carpet a year ago and our Beagle has urinated on virtually the same spot in my son's room a half a dozen times. When our dog did it again, I called Scott the next day and he cleaned the spot the same day I called. He does a thorough job and there was no stain or urine odor after he cleaned it. No one in my family was able to be at home to meet him when he arrived, so I gave him access to my home and left a blank check. He in turn left a receipt and the towels I had covered the stain with - neatly folded - on the tile floor by the room. I have used Scott for 5 years for twice-a-year carpet cleaning and for spot cleaning of pet stains. Scott is honest, trustworthy, reliable, prompt, friendly and very customer service oriented. He owns his own businessman and nearly always picks up the phone when I call. He has come out the same day I have called for a pet stain and schedules regular cleaning appointments promptly. He also gave me a solution he uses for treating a pet stain immediately after it occurs. As a testament to his honesty, I asked him to deep clean my tiles on his first visit to my house as a new customer. He told me he could do it, but he also told me how to do it myself and that it would be just as effective. I did it myself and saved money thanks to Scott! I would never use anyone else for my carpet cleaning needs.
