The service was excellent; on time and professional.

They came out the same day I called (a canceled appointment) and arrived on time and sprayed the outside first and inside. They were nice and friendly during the whole visit. They didn't try to push the monthly service too much (each person mentioned it once and that was it).

Foothills Pest Control Company is really good. I?m very happy with their service. I have also used them to check a condo for pests, before I bought it. It was not in their coverage area but they kindly did it for me. We get a lot of scorpions in the area where I currently reside. I would recommend them to anybody who has problems with pests. They would provide immediate help. I occasionally call them to discuss my pest problems. I don?t have that many problems at my house at least because they are really good at what they do. I once called them up to ask them if I needed to get a spray service done for scorpions. It was alright they told me that I didn?t have that many scorpions at my house. I would continue to use their services in the future.

Excellent service - technicians are prompt, polite, efficient, and thorough. As long as rain doesn't interfere, the same guy comes every month (which is nice), and if rain forces us to reschedule the office staff is prompt and flexible. They also call with reminders the day before so I remember to be home :) Oh, and the most important part - no bugs!

We get the guaranteed monthly service which includes interior and exterior spraying for certain bugs. if the bugs come back between sprayings (never happened) they will come immediately and spray again. This is the basic guaranteed service. They also sell scorpion and lawn ant processes we don't need. They also sell a less expensive unguaranteed service. They are punctual, reliable and reasonably priced. We get the same guy every month at the same time. This company also services corprate accounts such as the YMCA.

They are great! I first called Foothills in March and was provided with an excellent breakdown of costs and treatment options. They are very professional, very friendly, and very reasonable. I selected the bi-monthly treatment plan and can change it at any time. The technician listens carefully to my concerns and answers all my questions. I used to get headaches after the prior company I was using sprayed my yard, but no longer get them since Foothills uses non-toxic chemicals.

Recently purchased a new home and it came with an unexpected bonus - rodents in the attic! Placed a call to Foothills Pest Control and they were able to send a technician over the same afternoon (within 3 hours, actually). Greg confirmed the presence of droppings, placed traps and bait boxes, and most importantly identified the opening the rodents were using. I sealed the opening with a metal plate - apparently they can chew through spray foam insulation - the trap worked, and I haven't heard a sound from the attic in a week. Foothills Pest Control was also prompt (same day) in the followup call when the trap had worked.

They do an excellent job getting rid of bugs, including all kinds of spiders. We rarely see any kind of a bug inside or outside our home, and since he only sprays outside, this proves that he does good work.

I like the fact that they are a green-friendly company. They use non-toxic chemicals, so we are not exposed to poisons. We have not had a problem with bugs since we used them. They come out promptly to do the work and are reliable.

Technician arrived promptly and answered all questions. I appreciated that I was not pressured to sign a pest control service contract. Since this is my first house, I was unsure of whether I could get an honest pest exterminating company that would not use pushy sales tactics to try to convice me to use them on a yearly basis. I had to reschedule my prior appointment and they were even able to fit us in the following Saturday (two days later than initial appointment was scheduled). We were very happy with the service and will definitely use them again as an exterminator.

Foothills Pest Control sent over a very nice gentleman - I definitely felt safe being home alone with him. He arrived on time (around 8 - my estimated appt time was 7:30-9 am)and was courteous and pleasant. I will definitely use them regularly.

THIS IS ABOUT THE ONLY SERVICE WE HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH, THEY ARE GREAT, WHEN WE HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL BUGS DURING THE MONTH, THEY WILL PROMPTLY COME OUT AND SPRAY FOR THEM FOR FREE AND ARE VERY NICE ABOUT IT.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THE TECHNICIAN THAT WE HAVE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT. THEY OFFER MANY DIFFERENT SERVICES, BUT NEVER TRY TO SELL ANYTHING THAT YOU DON'T NEED. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
