I was charged way too much, assuming they were charging the Easter Sunday rate but they didn't come out until Monday morning at 8am. They didn't turn in my samples until 3:30pm and I was expecting to get results by then. They knew this and I would assume why the order was then "rushed." They took the outdoor sample right outside my front door and it should have been taken at least ten feet away from the door. They took a 5 minute sample instead of 3, which crowds the results. I kept calling for updates and they said the email was sent back, so they probably typed in an incorrect email address. THEN, they deleted the time stamp on when the lab sent the results to them so I wouldn't know when they received them. I asked for them to call me back to go over the results and they never did.

Kept us in the loop every day. Sent many pictures and phone calls each day. Project finished within promised timeframe. Very satisfied.

Jesse communicated with me on what was happening and did a great job.

Polite, showed on time, clean and professional. Communication between owner and client could improve. Use again? Not sure.

All went well and they seemed to know what they were doing.

I liked that they were eager to get to work right away. There is nothing that love more that dealing with a group of people that actually want to work. I have 2 small kids in the house, so they took extra precautions to ensure the area was sealed off, treated properly and taken care of. They stuck the original price they quoted me and even had to do a second small treatment. Great group of guys to work with, they answered their phones and all of my questions. True professionals.

With a deadline at 11:59pm this company came right out to do the testing. They understood the urgency. Was this buyer relieved...you betcha. The representative was prompt, courteous and professional.
