I had requested an inspection at a home I was purchasing. I was given a price of $200 for the inspection. After the inspection I get a call telling me about their findings, but was told they did not test the upstairs of the house because that would be another $200. I was never told $200 was only for one floor and they never asked me anything about the house with the exception of the address and how to get into the home for testing. I could not say much at that point because my inspection period was ending on the house I was trying to purchase. Not a great experience on my end.

They emailed the results of the mold test. This email did not explain the results. I had to call the owner of this company for him to explain these results to me.

forgot to email test reults to me so it took 2 weeks and a phone call to get results.

At first I was hesitant to start this project because I have had bad experiences in the past with home repair jobs gone wrong, but I had a mold issue that I could not ignore. Ivan came out right away to run some tests and was so flexible with my schedule. He and his team did an excellent job in a short amount of time, and I could not be happier! This particular job required them to replace some baseboards-- I was so happy with their work that I asked them to come back and do the same thing in other areas of my home. I will continue to reach out to them for future projects!

I dealt with Ivan Money, who was very respectful. He came into my home and tested for mold. Any questions I had he answered very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. The results I had very quickly and when I received them he called and explained to me what I was looking at. Overall, would definitely recommend this company!

This firm was very responsive to my questions and timeline. The gentleman who performed the onsite testing was professional and answered all my questions and more. Their customer service was responsive to my timeline and phone calls! The written report was professional and complete. Follow up phone call was appreciated!

I called requesting service for mold testing. Was very happy to be fit into the route same day. Service tec came out did test and very informed. Answered many of my questions and took the time to make sure I understood. Did a fallow up call few days after to see how me family was and answering any further questions I had. Great group of people and would use this company again if I needed. Thx guys

I was charged way too much, assuming they were charging the Easter Sunday rate but they didn't come out until Monday morning at 8am. They didn't turn in my samples until 3:30pm and I was expecting to get results by then. They knew this and I would assume why the order was then "rushed." They took the outdoor sample right outside my front door and it should have been taken at least ten feet away from the door. They took a 5 minute sample instead of 3, which crowds the results. I kept calling for updates and they said the email was sent back, so they probably typed in an incorrect email address. THEN, they deleted the time stamp on when the lab sent the results to them so I wouldn't know when they received them. I asked for them to call me back to go over the results and they never did.
