Before the job was started, we had only one water leak under the sink, and they repaired it. Because there was water damage to the kitchen cabinets from the water leak, half of the kitchen cabinets were torn apart. All the appliances were moved outside of the kitchen area. The cabinets were rebuilt and the appliances reconnected and put back. After they left, we had two more new water leaks. The water filter had three new leaks, one they knew about but I told them that I would fix it because I thought it was a simple fix. I ended up changing two connectors and one O-ring in order to stop all three water leaks on the water filter and this filter was fine before the job was started. It turned out that the new O-ring did not fix the leak so we'll probably have to buy a new water filter. The second new leak was with the ice make water line. Apparently, there was a pin-hole leak on the water line (which wasn't there before) and it leaked for 5 days before we noticed that the carpets in the adjacent rooms were wet. We had just cleaned the carpets after the job was done (since they didn't wear any sleeves on their shoes, the carpets got dirty), so we didn't notice the wet carpet right away. We managed to vacuum up most of the water that we could see in the carpet and dried it with a fan for a couple of days. Since we couldn't dry out the water inside of the walls, we can only hope that we won't have any mold issues in the future. We just discovered that the water had also leaked into an adjacent (common wall) bedroom closet. Half of the closet floor is wet. Several items in the closet including some picture frames got water damaged. We're going to have to vacuum up the water as much as we can and hope that we don't get any mold growing.

Ivan had his company out to my mothers house the same morning and started work immediately. Every crew that worked were always on time and always cleaned up after themselves

I didn't think anything had been done when I showed up and the wall looked the same as it had before; then, they showed me the pictures that were taken during the project and I must say I was completely amazed as they did everything they said they would and more. I would definately use them again and recommend they to everyone.

Terrible company. I repeat TERRIBLE. I had a $30,000 mold removal/renovation done by them and I was disappointed on a constant basis. Ivan never seems to pay attention and for as many times as I asked him to send me an itemized list of work and supplies he never did. It took him a whole month to take the moldy wall pieces and carpet and misc trash from my yard and then in the end I had to pay $500 dumping fees out of my own pocket to dump it! The work done was beautiful at first, but at closer inspection floor boards were cut too short and I had to have 3 of them replaced even though I was told several times they would expand a whole centimeter in some areas! The tiles started pulling away for the wall and I found out that the grout was never sealed. Now I am looking at having to spend yet another $3000 to fix a shoddy plumbing job they did in the master bathroom where they did a double shower. I have water running down the back of the house where the shower they just did less than a year ago! Juan left work undone. Sinks unfinished, tile unsealed, floorboards pulling up under the trim and terrible work. He also left a sick military wife of a 1year old (also sick) to clean a 2770sq/ft house of a centimeter worth of dust all over everything AND put ALL furniture back. Said it wasn't his job. I spoke with Ivan to express my concerns with all the dust and that I felt that the dust was very unhealthy for my daughter and I to be in because of the mold particles. He assured me all the mold particles were "dead," and therefore nothing to worry about, and that we probably are sick from something Juan was sick with. However, this is not the case -- the mold was in fact non-dormant, meaning that it was TOXIC. I had a separate company come and do a lab test for the dust/air in our home and guess what!? You've got it! Mold. Toxic black mold spores all over in our home. In the dust , in the air we're breathing. Follow this with another week stay in a shady motel and my being another $1000 poorer. After a 3 month long mold renovation where at the end I was being kicked out of the hotel, because the insurance company wouldn't pay for more time -- where the workers worked only 4 days a week and would go weeks without working because they would work until I got the check from the insurance company is just ridiculous.

I was very impressed with the honesty, reliability, customer service, and knowledge displayed and highly recommend Sav-on based on my experience. Allow me to provide specific examples. I was concerned about a possible mold problem and turned to "Home Advisor" for references. The first step was to test for mold and I only considered certified companies with testing equipment. However, the cost was prohibitive, except for Sav-on. Not only that, they volunteered to come out right away. When it turned out that the problem was not mold, but sewer gas, they did not even charge for the service call.

They were fast and got the job done. They were fair in their recommendations and pricing.
