I could not have been happier. I initially went to a provider for this service that was recommended by my insurance carrier and had nothing but problems. After taking a day off of work because I was told the work had to be done in their shop and then waiting for three hours I was told that they couldn't do the work that day because a part that came in was broken. I then found out later that they had just ordered the wrong windshield but had lied to me about it. The next day I went to SafePro to see if they could help and Stephani was absolutely the best. Not only did they get the OEM glass in two days time but they did the work at my home and set up the calibration to be done in the next few days. What a difference. I would recommend SafePro to anyone who need to have work done on the glass on their car.

It went wonderful!! Kirk the owner really went out of his way to make sure I had no issues. And even called me a few days after the replacement to make sure I was still good! I was very pleased with their service and would definitely hire them again!

The first windshield had a distortion in the glass, which made me sick (very sick). I called and they offered many options to fit my busy holiday schedule, in order to replace the glass with a new thoroughly inspected windshield ( came with two options in case I didn't like one). They went above and beyond my expectations, and Jaime even said, "My job is to make you happy, so you tell me what you require of us." You just don't find that type of service anymore.

From start to finish they were extremely responsive and helpful. They took care of the generally aggravating process of getting in touch with the insurance and their professionalism had everything go more smoothly than I imagined.

Everything went smoothly, from calling in to schedule at exactly the time frame I asked for, to showing up on time. They went to my son's work location, so very convenient for my busy college age son. We chose to pay privately and not involve our insurance, and their private pay price was excellent.

Went Great!! I got 3 quotes and this company provided the best one, super affordable with a lifetime chip repair for the windshield. Mobile unit came out promptly after set up and did the work in about 45 minutes. They were quick and professional. They even submitted payment to our business office as we are a business. They were very accommodating and I would highly recommend. I will be using them when I need my personal car repaired.

Luis the Tech, Kirk the sales Manager, and the girl at the front desk (I wish I got her name) did an exceptional job this morning as far as customer service, and replacing my windshield on my 1991 Toyota MR2. Everyone was extremely friendly, and informative, I am also very weary of anyone working on my old car, and Safe Pro has definitely earned my trust by doing a great job every time I use them. They've replaced my windshield at least 4 times now, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I started a quote online and received a call within minutes. They gave me a great price and set up my appointment right away. They gave me a reminder the day of and when I got there they were prompt to tend to me. The replacement took about an hour in which I waited in the lobby and read one of their auto auction magazines with a lot of interesting cars. They had water and coffee available and donuts too. The work was done in about 30 minutes and it looks phenomenal. My friend said his windshield isn’t even that clear 😂. Def recommend this place. Comes with a warranty as well so that’s always reassuring.

Went smoothly. Technician provided target time of arrival on day of work and arrived accordingly. He explained various aspects of the replacement and went about his work in an efficient/professional manner.

And when they failed me, he helped me again. He is so amazing and I recommend him and this company to any and everyone. Such a down to earth person. The windshield work itself was satisfactory, but for the following reasons, I cannot recommend these services to others. 1) I was told that the technician will be arriving sometime between 8 and 12, and that I would be receiving a phone call from him/her an hour or 30 mins before arrival. However, at 11:45, the technician had not yet arrived, nor had I received a phone call from him. So, I called to find out what was going on. Your staff could not get a hold of him but assured me that I would be getting a phone call from him soon. A while later, I did receive a phone call from him. He explained that the client he was working with before me had changed venues on him and so he was running late (however, he had not called to let me know of this until I called your office...). He then told me that he will not be able to arrive until around 1:30 or 2:00. I had already adjusted my schedule for the 8-12 appointment, so it was a great inconvenience for me to push other things back, but I managed to do so. I also told him that I have things to do (including work) and requested that he arrive by 1:30 to which he replied that he would do his best. Despite all of this, he arrived at 2:20. 2) Upon arrival, he told me that it would only take about 20 mins, but I noticed that he took 2 phone calls and chatted on his phone while working on my car. It definitely took him longer than 20 mins to finish the work.

Couldn't have been any better. Was treated very nice and professional. I will certainly recommend your company to my friends.
