The whole process was excellent. Stephanie N. was absolutely a delight to work with. She was efficient, helpful, kind and got my appointment scheduled very quickly. When we hung up she made the extra effort to say "stay safe". Not only was she excellent at her job, she took time to be extra caring towards a stranger which is a quality lacking in a lot of people during this time. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I was mislead by my insurance company-Geico, thinking I had glass replacement when it was only glass repair, on my auto insurance policy. So then geico offered to help me (I’m thinking I’d at least get a discount from their third party-glass replacement company) we get to the day of the job and Safelite tells me last minute- I’ll be charged $430! No discount, no help. I shopped around and found SafePro. I cannot believe they only charged me $191. Their service was quick and painless & they didn’t try to rip me off. I’ll be using them again & I’ll definitely be referring them to anyone I know in need. Thank you SafePro !

With Kirk's help with the insurance claim, early the next morning, a very professional and highly knowledge technician, Jeff Cote, responded and replaced my 1996 Firebird windshield very quickly and had me back on the road in no time. The staff is courteous and professional. I will definitely use safe pro for all my vehicle windows in the future.

Excellent workmanship! My husband’s windshield on his 2006 Toyota Tacoma started out as a small crack. Within a year it had spread across the top portion of the windshield (unfortunately no pic), so I decided to surprise him and have it repaired. After checking with various auto glass companies I decided to do a Yelp search. The first company was SafePro Auto Glass. The reviews were pretty good but I was a bit skeptical because they were too good to be true. Nonetheless I called anyway. I reached Derek on March 9, 2020. I informed him I wanted to replace the windshield on my 2006 Toyota pickup. He explained their process, the material, the warranty, and gave me a very reasonable price. We scheduled for March 11 at 1pm although there was a window of 12-4pm. I gave him my info to setup a file along with my credit card number for the small deposit. After hanging up with Derek, I soon received a confirmation email and came very close to cancelling my order…I had received someone else’s Work Order. Fortunately the Work Order had the standard info one would expect and there was absolutely no credit card info on the Work Order. I emailed Derek and he immediately emailed the correct Work Order along with an apology. On March 11, Jose called 30 minutes prior to arriving and arrived 10 minutes to 1pm. My husband ran out to meet him, smiling from ear-to-ear. When I finally went outside to see the progress and to meet him, he had already installed the new windshield and was cleaning it! I stretched out my hand to him and he smiled as he slowly backed up and stated “I would love to shake your hand, however, with the corona virus going around, I apologize, but we’re not shaking hands.” We burst into laughter and I apologized to him. I had completely forgotten about the virus. I was so WOWED over the new windshield! (pic attached) Upon finishing the installation, the cleaning, re-mounting the rear view mirror, the electronic paperwork and shared laughter, Jose explained the curing time (24 hours) to my husband and went over the warranty with him. Jose was punctual, efficient, had a very good sense of humor, and safety conscious! One side note: Jose works for Southwest Auto Glass in Las Vegas and Derek’s office, SafePro Auto Glass is in Phoenix, AZ.

The process was quick and painless. Stephanie was super helpful and understanding. The techs came out to me and the window replacement didn't take long. Best part is that they had very competitive price and comes with a Lifetime Warranty!

The technician was on time, considerate and very professional. No leaks or damage to my older vehicle.

Met my needs in setting up a quick, swift and agreeable time for mobile tech to come out and replace, at a Great price too! (Had shopped around). Mobile technician on tile in early morning window slot, Performed in professionalism, time and service to complete job.

If you are affliated with Auto Glass Clinic you should be ashamed of yourself. I have already complained to progreesive and safelite. Your tech was very unprofessional after I started question him about why the glass was not tinted. He was rude and sarcastic and I believe he purposely spread pieces of glass all over my 2 car driveway and carport and street. It has taken me 3-4 days to clean up. In fact found another piece yesterday where glass shouldnt of even been. Kyle did explain about the glass. But the tech and I think it was the general mgr. that answered when I called about the glass said it wasnt in there contract and cut me off. This was way to much glass everywhere and for days to be normal. Common Sense tells you it was done purposely and malousiouly. I would never use you or recommend you to anybody.

Great company, great service!!! Have had horrible experience before with other company (A&E auto glass). The team at Safe Pro is top notch!!! From the call with Stephanie to the install team, Had a windshield replaced in the past from Safe Pro and it was by far the best experience, so I had to come back again this time for 2 cash and 1 insurance replacements. Stephanie was so helpful from getting all 3 looked up and scheduled for the same day, to helping with filling my claim for insurance in a quick and easy call. She should get a raise for her customer service!! You all have a life time customer! Thank you for doing it right!

It went perfect. I requested an early instillation and they were here at 8:30 and gone at 9:30. The men were very professional and pleasant. The lady that took my original call ( Stephanie ) Was especially nice. She got us right away on a 3 way call with my insurance co. the whole process took less than 3 minutes

Haven't done yet but Derrick and another answered phones prompt and was legit. Price was almost $100 lower than other prices. They made me feel secure in this company and trust I'll be getting amazing service and windshield... They need a raise

They sent out a specialist the next day and was do e in less than an hour. Their working staff was incredibly polite and just in awe of their level of professionalism.

Very well. They discovered that the windshield that they had in stock had a small scratch. So, they ordered a new windshield which added a couple of hours to our wait. Without our complaining or anything, they reduced the bill by $25 as an apology. I can guarantee that in 60 years of purchasing stuff in Canada, that nothing like that has ever happened to me before. I am more than impressed. That is service with a capital S. Robert Angus
