Description of Work: They offered the lowest price for a windshield replacement (I had to pay out of pocket) and they do not charge a service charge. I was very happy with each call that I made to them. My only issue was that the technician replacing my windshield did not call me a half hour before he came but I didn't have plans to leave my house that morning so it worked out fine. The windshield was replaced within a half hour and I love it! I plan to use them in the future!

Description of Work: Apparently they subcontract the windshield replacements. Their subs brought the wrong glass as the insurance company misadvised them. However the subs balked at picking up the correct glass and installing that afternoon. Instead they suggested that I drive to their warehouse. A call to Safepro resolved the problem as they directed them to promptly remedy.
