SafePro Auto Glass

SafePro squeezed me in on Saturday morning (the very next day). The gentleman who set up the appointment acknowledged my urgency and got me into an 8am slot. They also gave me a discount for bringing the car into the shop myself (versus them having to come out). Their office was a little messy (unprofessional looking), but the work was done well and I am pleased with the overall quality.

I had $100 deductible coverage with my insurance, SafePro Auto Glass was able to offer that value in a discount promotion so the replacement costs me $0. The installation was very professional and the installers were right on time as scheduled. The glass offered was at least OEM quality.

Technicians were very professional and did a great job installing. There was some mis-communication, though, and it took seveal visits to complete the install, but it was still installed in a fairly good timeframe. The owner called and apologized and said they would discuss it at a team meeting. I would definitely use SafePro again for auto glass needs. We used the coupon provided by Angie's List so we got a rebate.

Called SafePro for a windshield quote on Tuesday the 7th. They quoted me $236 for their OEM glass replacement which I decided to upgrade to a $295 windshield (on line research detailed that not all glass is created equal). SafePro was on-time but I was surprised to see their installers in non-company vehicles, non-company attire, etc. Installers were quick & efficient. I then inspected the vehicle once they asked me to sign their paperwork and noticed the two chrome trim pieces running down the sides of the windshield were loose. I asked the installer about them and he proceeded to tell me that the "clips" tend to wear out after a while. I asked why they did not replace the clips and he said that he would need to call his boss and speak with him about ordering them. He said that he would need to get back to me about how much it would be. I told him that I upgraded my windshield and no one ever said anything about clips or additional costs. He said he would get back to me later on. Of course no one got back to me, so I called later that afternoon. The woman said she knew nothing about it and would call me in the morning. Again no one called me the next day, so I called and the woman put me in contact with the installer who said that he would get back to me after speaking with his boss.......again. I asked when he would call me and he said at the VERY latest by Monday the 15th. No one has called me as of today the 16th or resolved the loose trim issue. First nothing was ever said to me about them being loose which is just bad business. Leaving the customer to discover an issue is not how it should work. Next no return calls to the customer leaving the customer calling 3 times for a resolution.....once again bad follow up I will be calling again tomorrow to try and resolve the issue myself.

Great phone customer service. I had called them on Wednesday hoping they could do the work that day. The girl wanted to schedule for Thursday (which I wasn't sure when or where the car would be during the day due my wife's work schedule being odd on that day). So, I told the girl on the phone that'd I'd call back when I knew for sure where the car would be. Well. I ended up having to call back on Thursday to schedule for Friday. I talked to a different person and they did their best to try to find my paper work from Wednesday. Apparently the girl whom I spoke with on Wednesday wasn't in and he couldn't find the paper work. But, that's getting ahead of myself. I told the gentleman on the phone what had gone on and he said he would put me on hold and try to find the info. So, I'm put on hold. What a funny experience. They have some of the best hold messages I've ever heard. I was hoping that the guy wouldn't come back to me for a while because I was having a good time listening to the hold messages. Anyhow, he couldn't find the paperwork from Wednesday, which was perfectly fine. He apologized (when I dont think he needed to) and we went through the whole process again asking about the type of car, year, etc. We set a date for Friday and that was that. Later on Thursday I got a cal to remind/confirm the appointment for Friday which was nice, but not really necessary for me since I created an appointment on my phone to remind myself anyhow. So, Friday rolls around and I get a call that the guys were on their way. They showed up and were the nicest people I've ever had replace auto glass. They were in and out and were very nice and friendly. The new glass looks great. Thanks!

The SafePRO crew that came out my house to replace the front windshield on my truck was the greatest. They showed up well within the scheduled time frame on a Saturday morning. They were very professional and quite fast. Obviously knew what they were doing. The whole job took about an 1/2 hr from start to finish. It has been approx 2 weeks and there has not been a single problem. I would HIGHLY recommend SafePro to anyone looking for Auto Glass work

SafePro's estimate on their web site was much lower than Safelite's insurance-based quote. Easy to contact by phone and set up appointment for windshield replacement at work. They arrived as scheduled and replaced the windshield in a timely manner without any problems. The replacement appeared identical to the original consistent with use of original equipment manufacturer product. I was able to pay on the spot. The cost matched the estimate on the web site.

The folks were nice, and the only reason I brought my rating down is that the waiting area was in their call center next to the door. That felt uncomfortable. But the work was excellent and the price was great and everyone seemed professional.

After a recent very negative experience doing a windshield replacement with a different company, I was not thrilled to have a second vehicle needing a windshield replacement (ahh, life in Arizona). I called SafePro based on Angie's List reviews and had flawless service. Competitive price, on time arrival, excellent service and the installer was both professional and had an entertaining personality.

I called several Auto Glass Replacement outfits that are listed on Angie's list - and a couple not listed. SafePro was very prompt in responding to my request for quote and their quote was in line with most of the other quotes received. I selected SafePro based upon the reviews on Angie's List and upon their responsiveness. SafePro dealt with our insurance company and filed all of the required claim paperwork. They showed up on time and with the proper auto glass and equipment. Installation was completed promptly and the installer reviewed the work done with me and provided recommendations to follow to allow for proper curing of the sealant. Although a rebate was never discussed at any time during the quotation and installation process, nor was a rebate taken into account in selecting SafePro to do the work, I received a rebate of $150 in the mail a couple of weeks after the work was performed and was greatly appreciated.

The window was smashed on a Friday afternoon. I called SafePro that evening because came highly commended on Angie's List. I didn't regret it. They came out and made repairs the next morning. They were prompt, professional, and friendly, and they did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

SafePro was as professional an auto glass replacement company that I have ever dealt with.

They took care of the claim with my insurance company, scheduled the appointment and followed through without an issue. The technicians that installed the glass were very fast and professional. There were no unexpected costs or issues.

Searched for windshield replacement service on Angie's List and saw very good ratings by SafePro as well as coupon. I called for information and estimate. After the estimate where I provided the exact windshield information from my windshield, a service person, Gerardo (who goes by "G") came to my home and did an excellent job. The glass was an exact match and very efficiently installed. The company followed through to be sure I would receive cash back for the use of the coupon, as advertised. FANTASTIC job.

This is an example of screw ups in scheduling followed by very good service recovery I booked a call to my house on a Saturday first identifying the work as non-insurance I found out my insurance company would forgive the deductible, got the car inspected by them and late Friday afternoon the insurance company approved the work with the the repair company with me on the phone, but the SafePro contact could not find any record of the Saturday call and I booked the work for the following Wednesday. I came home on Saturday to find a tag on the dooor saying SafePro had come to do the repair. I called the repair contact who told me that he had left my area and couldn't come back. Frustrated I called the SafePro office on Monday and found my way to the installation a manager (Vanessa) who dug into the issue and got the repair handled with a reapir technician making a special trip. All this was handled professionally, courteously, and promptly. Bottom line, I think this is a good ccomapny with a flawed order tracking system, or inconsistent training on their system, and I fell right into that flaw. I would still use them again.

I would use this company again in the future. They were responsive, they showed up when they said would, the work was done fine and the fellow who did the work was fine. The only issue I had with them is they weren't recognized by State Farm as a preferred partner. I had to spend a fair amount of time on a three way call, which has nothing to do with the glass company but everything to do with my insurance company. It was a bit more cumbersome, other than that it was a good experience.

Overall I'd have to give Safe Pro an A-/B+. The office staff was very good in coordinating insurance etc. but the installers were late (20-30 minutes). Not a huge deal but not A+. I imagined the installers would show up in a van with a company logo and company shirts/uniform. They didn't which lead me to suspect sub-contracting. They did good work but did not clean up after themselves very good. Lots of little debris on the driveway and in the lawn. Even left a used razor blade on the driveway. Having said that for the company's benefit, I'd still use them again with hopefully even better service!

Check the appearance of objects thru glass at angles before they drive off.

They helped to recognize I had an issue. They contacted my insurance, set the date, dod excellent work, and I got an Angie's list rebate of $125.

Our insurance paid for the service. I found them very thorough and considerate and interested n giving us the best replacement that they could. They made sure we got the tinted glass and were very careful. I appreciated their concern and their interest. The quality appears to be fine.

My outy of pocket expense was zero as my insurance covered it all, then when Safepro received payment from my insurance company they sent me a 100.00 check for choosing their company. All in all, a good transaction.

My experience with SafePro was exceptional from start to finish. The customer service representative was very informative and pleasant to speak with. The technician was on time and explained the process of replacing my windshield and answered all of my questions before he began the work. I was impressed with his professionalism and the finished product. I have recommended them to my friends and family. I will use them again without question.

I called toget a quote for a windshield replacement with Safepro Glass. The representative was very professional and familiar with auto glass. They gave me a completeinstallation price that included a moulding, labor, free same day mobile service, and tax. We did check prices with other companies, but that was a complete joke. I called a few (very well known companies) and they could not even give me a price out the door, fees, mouldings, disposal fees, or taxes. I can't believe someone would schedule an appointment with so many unknowns. Safepro was very upfront with everything. No hidden fees at all. Excellent Job! The technicians were professional, prompt, and very competent. I will definitely use this company again. By the way...THEY ARE LOCALLY OWNED!

The technician was fast and cleaned up everything when he was done.
