Showed up within the last 20 minutes of the window. Was charged for 3 hours of labor but it only took 30 minutes

The tech was early after calling me to make sure it was ok to be early. He was professional, friendly and had an eye for the small details. Excellent job. Well done. I have used Safelite for years, but after being told by Safelite it would be a three week wait to complete the job, I called Safe Pro. They installed the new glass within 24 hours of that call. Safe Pro will be my go to company for auto glass from now on!

Safepro Auto glass have replaced the windshield in all of my vehicles. They are professional and have always done the job right the first time. I have used them for years.

It was ok. Made an appointment for 12:00 pm. When I got to the shop we had to wait a little for the tech which was ok. He told me it would take a couple of hours. I told him ok we got off work at 3:30 pm and we could pick it up the next day. He told me they close at six but that wasn’t going to work for me. I waited the rest of the night for a phone call saying my windshield was done but never did. The next day I just drove down to the shop at 10:00 and the lady at the counter said it was done. Very disappointed that I didn’t receive a text or phone call.

Superbly! I couldn't find their office (My navigation gave me the wrong address). I called them and they gave me the correct address and told me to call them again so they could guide me to the specific building. I was at least an hour late. When I arrived, they greeted me with smiles. They even greeted my dog and gave us some nice, cold, bottled water. I have never had such wonderful service in my life, and I am 68.

Stephanie was a delight to talk to and to get my appt scheduled! I was placed on hold while she contacted my insurance and the “on hold music/talk” cracked me up. She was able to schedule me right away and I will definitely be using them the next time I need my windshield repaired.

I used Angies List to find a company to replace the windshield on our 1999 Corolla which had a few chips and 20 years worth of little dings that made driving in the direction of a setting sun a challenge. We called SafePro and were surprised at the low price of $182. This included coming to the house to do the replacement. Chayanne (I hope I spelled it right) came out to do the installation. It was not easy getting that original windshield out but he did a nice job. He was friendly, explained everything he was doing and would do. It looks great and has tinting at the top that the original did not have. Couldn't have asked for anything better and the price was $100 less than an online quote from a national glass installer.

It was great service overall! I am from out of town and all the staff worked with me to get scheduled in as soon as possible. I was back on the road and my daughter enjoyed some donuts!
