I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is!!! My back windshield shattered in the carwash the day before I was supposed to leave to California. I was soooo desperate and I called SafePro & the guy went above and beyond to get it replaced the same day. I'm so grateful, I can't stress it enough! The lady at the front, i didn't catch her name but she was so so sweet too and very pretty too!! Such a sweetheart! Thank you so so so much Sherman & Luis& everyone else at SafePro, I am so incredibly happy!!

Initially there was an issue with the time window I chose, But upon my call to SafePro, the issue was resolved. Stephine and Kirk handled the issue with professionalism and kindness. Due to the issue I experience Kirk applied a compensation discount for the inconvenience and was forth right in excepting full responsibility for the delay. Quick call back after visiting their website. Very accommodating and flexible when I made my appointment to come in. Xenya at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Luis took care of my windshield and he was awesome. Friendly, informative, and professional. Said it would be an hour, brought it back in 40. Best price I could find after comparing all others nearby.

The service was phenomenal. I put my information online and within the hour or 2 Andi called me. She was super helpful since this was my first time replacing my windshield through my insurance. Plus she was really kind and had great customer service skills. Next I think my techs name was David? But he was also super informative and fast. He had a second guy wth him and he did amazing as well. They were beyond faster than I expected. I highly recommend this company!

Not only do they warranty their work and glass, the glass they put in is above average in quality and their customer service is awesome.
