My carpets were in pretty sad shape after years of 2 dogs and 2 teenage boys and their friends. Over the past several years I had cleaned the carpets myself which was a lot of work and they never came out as nice as Bill's job. As I said, he arrived exactly on time and was out of here in about 2 1/2 hours and my carpets have not looked this good in years. I am absolutely thrilled with the job performed. Thank you Bill. I encourage anyone to use Revolution Cleaning Systems when they have a cleaning need. The job they do is friendly, punctual, quick and professional. The price was also just about what I estimated it would be.

Bill is fabulous! He was able to fit us in the day after we called. He stayed and worked on our carpets until they were the absolutely the cleanest they have ever been! Our carpets were not only in bad shape from normal living, but our dog had just had a bad bout of diarrhea throughout the house. I had seriously thought of replacing the carpet. Bill changed my mind. I am happy with our carpets again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Bill LaBorde the owner arrived as per schedule, gave us a very very good quote based on the square footage that needed cleaning. this condo is on three levels so there were a lot of stairs. Our carpets in our opinion needed some work, but Bill had no issues with that, he was extremely professional and did a wonderful job in about three hours. He also used protectors on the stair posts to alleviate any possible damage caused by the length of the hoses needed for this job. Our carpets look fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know, and I would certainly hire Bill again when my carpets need further cleaning. Bill called the following day to check everything looked good, he said that if there was anything that was not up to standard he would come right back and re-clean. Great job Bill many thanks

Bill was amazing, I had to call and reschedule twice due to my closing date being delayed on the purchase of my new house. Bill was very friendly on the phone, arrived on time and quickly got to work. I also had our appliances delivered at the same time Bill had arrived and he was very understanding of this. He quoted the job under my estimated budget and was able to clean my carpets that same day, all while working around the appliance delivery people. The carpet looked fabulous after he was done, was dry when he said it would be dry (and not crunchy at all thank God) and he didn't try to over sell me on extended services. When he was almost done with the carpet, I asked if he could look at this weird streak mark on my kitchen tile that I couldn't remove, he determined it was a calcium build up of the previous owners pet bowl being placed on the tile and quickly removed it for no extra cost! I am very pleased with his work and will be using Revolution Cleaning Systems again in the future!

This is a rental house which the previous tenant had not had the carpets cleaned in almost 3 yrs. and failed to have them cleaned when she left. I had to move in on dirty carpets. Not wanting to walk on the dirt long I wanted them cleaned ASAP. However I needed to travel so accepted Bill's quote, gave him a key to the place, and he told me it would be done by the time I got back in 3 days. The furniture, albeit not much, was blocked up, carpets look good, with no perfume or detergent odor, and key was on the counter. I own a 2800 sq.ft. house in San Diego, and pay less than Bill's quote to have the carpets cleaned. I just wish I had been available to observe the roto-vac, which is what I paid the premium for.

Bill was amazing and a miracle worker! After an accident that left melted red candle wax all over the carpet, I called Revolution Cleaning Systems and spoke to Bill. He was able to work us into his schedule for the next day, called before his arrival, and arrived at the promised time. He successfully removed a large red candle wax stain from our bedroom carpet and the carpet looks like new! His price was very fair and we will do business with this company again. Bill arrived exactly on time to perform a much needed carpet cleaning for our whole house. He measured each area and gave me a plan of action and we agreed on the price. No hard sell for extra services which was very much appreciated. My house was a model home so there were millions of dirt covered footsteps to contend with, plus I have a blind dog who can't tell the difference between a dining room chair and a bush. The house is a basement home so the steps are used and abused and were really dirty on the edges. Bill cleaned the lower level which included a hallway, media room plus a sewing room. Upstairs were two guest bedrooms, a master bedroom, a living room and extra care given to our dining room. The lower level looked gorgeous and the steps came back to life. A follow-up phone call to see how the carpets looked and if I had any questions proved he has excellent customer service. I was faced with replacing all our carpet but now I know I can call Bill to make them look new again.

My experience fabulous. I called for an appointment and Bill was able to schedule me that same day. He came on time, he was informative and interesting to talk to. He measured the carpet space, vacuumed all the carpet, pretreated carpet stains (we had a defined walk through path) and cleaned the entire carpet. The carpet looks great. Bill is such a friendly guy and he answered all my questions. I would recommend his service to anyone and will be doing so to all my friends and neighbors.

My dad has a carpet cleaning business in Utah so I looked for someone who does the whole carpet and not just the surface. I was looking for a step processor and not just an extractor. He did a phenomenal job. He was so professional. He was on time. The communication was good from the beginning to the very end. I am picky on who comes into my home and I felt comfortable with him in my home.

Absolutely wonderful! We had to have the carpets professionally cleaned as a condition of our lease before moving out. When we had moved in there were stains everywhere from the previous tenants, and I didn't think they would come up. But Bill was able to get rid of almost all of the stains. The carpet looks better now than it did when we moved in two years ago. He also gave a great discount since all the furniture was out of the house. I highly recommend Bill and will use him again should we need carpet cleaning in our new home.

Bill was amazing, he called an hour early to see if I was available then. I wasn't so he just showed up at the appointed time, measured the areas to be cleaned, gave me the official price ($13 LESS than the phone estimate!) and got to work. He arrived a few minutes early, clean, professional and courteous. He finished the work in a timely manner, left NO mess behind him and when he was done the carpets were so clean you could have told me they were new and I wouldn't have argued. There really is nothing else to say, fantastic service, great price, he even called the next day to make sure everything was fine and I was still pleased! Amazing customer service!

Experience went very well . He was on time, measured and explained everything before he attempted any work. No upsell pressure, but does offer various services like most cleaners. He vacuums everything well, THEN sprays the cleaner as he goes so nothing dries out before he gets there. He uses a wand type for edges and the vastly superior rotovac ( my opinion ) to clean the main areas. He moves furniture ( you discusss this during the measuring process ) and props them up with small throw away blocks for the drying process. He is a delightful person and will hire again. He was offering an Angies List discount at the time as well.

I have old, deteriorating carpet that gets a lot of traffic due do pets and children. Subsequently, I need someone willing to take their time when cleaning the carpets. When I called Bill he was polite and friendly and gave me a quote based on raw square footage of my home. We agreed to have him come out on Tuesday, 1/8/2013 between 8:30 and 9:30am. He arrived on time. He then measured my home and REDUCED the price he quoted me seeing as how there was furniture that couldn't be moved. He took his time cleaning the carpets and was very tolerant of my 2 yr. old asking him questions and pulling on hoses. My carpets looked as lovely as they could for being more than 30 years old when he was done. Now my sectional I knew was a mess. Bill didn't even bat an eye at its condition. He vacuumed it, pretreated it, and then scrubbed/washed it. My couch now looks wonderful. Stains that I didn't think would come up are gone. The shiny patina on the arm where my hubby sits is gone! A wonderful experience to be sure. He even called to follow up a few days later to make sure I was satisfied.

I called him right after I purchased the special pre-paid coupon and he already knew that I had just purchased it. He set up an appointment for the following week (Christmas was in between). He arrived exactly on time. He worked hard and fast and was also very polite and conversational. He did a thorough job at both cleaning up the furniture and cleaning up behind himself as well. Would I call him again? You bet I would, whenever I need cleaning assistance. You know you are going to get good service when the company owner does the work himself, and I did.

Bill did an amazing job of getting out spots in my carpet that other cleaners had been unable to completely remove. My carpet looks better than it has in years.

This was an excellent experience. Bill cleaned my carpets in March of 2012. Bill was punctual, professional, and really knew what he was doing. I was so impressed with his services, I had him come in November and clean and seal all of the ceramic tile in my home. Again, his service was exemplary. My tile is beyond clean. I was concerned that it wouldn't be clean under the cabinets or all the way up to the walls like I had read in reviews of other cleaners, but it is perfect. My home does not have baseboards, the drywall is faux finished all the way down to the floor. This can be banged up pretty easily, but there was no damage to the finish from the cleaning. In fact, it was so clean that when my teenage son came home from school he asked why the floor is so white! A teenage boy noticed how clean the floor was, amazing! Bill will be doing all my floors in the future.

They arrived on time and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. The carpeting looked really good. The price was a bit more than I expected but the stains in some areas and the stairs needed extra attention.
