It went very well. I even sent him a personal email thanking him and I appreciated his work. Very honest, excellent price. I called for other prices, it was very fair. He did a good job, showed up on time.

I spoke to Bill, the owner, to arrange the appointment. He gave me a quote of $120 over the phone. I had to postpone service and told him I would call him when I had a new date figured out and he understood my situation and was able to accommodate me. He was very good about responding to my call in a timely manner. He arrived on time and after measuring the rooms and realizing it was a little over the size for the quote he told me he would honor the price he had given me over the phone. Bill presented himself very professionally and provided excellent service. I would not hesitate to call on him again.

Very professional service provided! My whole experience was very easy and straight forward. I called and he gave me an estimate and scheduled time for him to come. He was punctual (actually a little early.) He measured the space, and explained his process of what he was going to do. Job was completed within the time he had estimated it would take. He even pointed out some areas and items to keep an eye out for in maintaining the carpet, as well as a contact who would be able to assist when necessary. Definitely recommending to anyone who needs professional, easy and straight forward service!

Bill brought my sofa back to life. It was so dirty...I have had it cleaned three previous times in the last eight years. It gets lots of use so I wasn't surprised when the previous times it was cleaned it still looked dirty. I was told it was body oil and was not every going to come out. Bill spent so much time cleaning it, going back, cleaning it again and again until it was almost spotless. It hasn't looked this good since it was new. My area rug was also in need of a good cleaning and Bill did an excellent job. Next time I am going to have him clean our mattress and tile grout. Thank You for all the time and hard work you spent. What more could you ask? They show up when they say they will, finish when they say they will are pleasant to work with, extremely professional and do a great job. It's rare with so many flakes around, that don't show up on time, don't finish on time and do a crappy job, to get lucky enough to run across a well ran business. They will stay in my contacts forever.

As per the message above, I could not use them because I was out of their service area however even after knowing that they were polite and helpful in re-directing me. Above and beyond.

Bill was punctual, professional and awesome to do business with. No games No gimmicks Spoke with Bill the previous week to get an idea of cost to clean the carpet and tile. He gave me a price range for the tile and carpet cleaning and suggested that I would measure the area to get an idea of the cost. He also mention about the Angie's List coupon that he offers. Guess my math was way off the total cost of the job came under what I estimated he even honored the Angie's List coupon after his original price quote. He started work promptly after taking measurements of the area with his magic wheel (joke!!) guess it was more precised than my measuring tape. What can I say about the work performed.... Absolutely flawless. He removed stained on the carpets that I didn't think would be able to come off also removed the cat smell from within the walking closet. All the tiles look like they were when they were first installed, the grout is back to its original color and the bathroom smell is gone. If you have a rental property or your own property and want to have clean and odor free carpet and tile again I highly recommend Revolution Cleaning @@@@@ Way to go Bill will definitely use your service again.

Bill is very personable. He schedules and does his own work. He speaks English. He was respectful of my walls and floors. He met my expectations, and I would recommend him to others.

Revolution exceeded my expectations!! I am very pleased with the results and would definitely use them again. We just moved into this home; and the floors were past due for a deep-cleaning. Bill came out for an estimate. He was punctual, professional, and practical - meaning on time, efficiently, got down to business (measuring and evaluating area to be clean), and didn't attempt to pad the estimate. The home is large and sometimes providers will use that to overcharge. So, I already had a budget "in mind"... and he met it! So, I scheduled my services. On tile cleaning day, Bill arrived right on time and got to work. He ended up cleaning the tile twice because he wanted to insure that I was completely satisfied. I was...the floor was immaculate. AND, the price did not change!!!! I haven't had to work as hard to clean it since. I always, discreetly observe when I have a new provider/stranger in my home just on 'general principle'. When Bill came to clean the carpet, I was more relaxed. I didn't feel the need to make sure ' I was gettting what I paid for'. He came in with the same work ethic and provided excellent service. On top of all of this, Bill called back a few days after each service to see if I had any issues/concerns. After this experience, I'm sold on Revolution Cleaning system...and have already, confidently recommended him to a friend.

Bill, the owner, is very professional. He does great work, works quickly and cleans up behind himself. If he is uncertain whether he will be able to get a very dirty item clean, he will tell you up front. The recliners turned out beautifully. Even the extremely dirty one turned out great. The only thing I did not five him an "A" on was punctuality because he was a bit late. I gave him a "B" there. This is the second time I have had Bill do work for me, and I will definitely call him again when I need something cleaned. Really you can't get much better than this. The company owner is the one doing the work and he has good business and people skills. When it comes to customer service, he "gets it" and you won't be disappointed when working with him. If all businesses operated like this, we wouldn't need Angie's List.

He was late, but gave me highly discounted services because he felt bad. I thought that was very nice. He did a wonderful job and was very professional! I would most definitely hire them again!

We will absolutely use Bill's services again. He did a remarkable job on our carpets---he got stains out that I thought would not be possible to remove. Our carpets are dated and as Bill pointed out the fit is loose, subsequently we could expect some buckling in spots after the cleaning was done. This did happen---however, we did not have a lot, but we did have some and with time they either settled down or diminished in size. We can live with some ripples because the cleaning was worth it. We have talked about getting new carpet, but after Bill got done, that purchase is down the road. He also did a good job with the furniture. In addition, he was a Professional down the line: pleasant, punctual, and reasonably priced.

Our carpets required substantial treatment for pet issues. Much time and work was spent to make the carpets look very good and smell fresh. When I compare the effort Revolution put into my home and the results vs. other carpet services I have used, I would recommend Revolution.

I thought I needed new carpets. Previous owners had left a horrible pet smell behind! Bill came in, did a very precise job on measuring the areas, gave me a very fair quote, and did a great job. Pet smell is gone, carpets look great. All in all, I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Contacted owner and he was able to fit me in the next day because it was a relatively small job (2 Bedroom, living, and dining room). He arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Very meticulous in working with stubborn stains. I will definitely use this company again!

Bill answered the phone both times I called him. He was courteous, fair, and professional. He fit me into his schedule and actually showed up a little early. I had arranged to leave the door unlocked for him because I had an appointment to go to. When he arrived, he realized I forgot to put the dogs outside. He called me right away and we worked out a solution. The carpets had not been cleaned for several years and had some stains in the high traffic areas. Bill pretreated the carpet and every single spot came out. I was shocked at how great my old carpets looked! I will definitely use Bill LaBorde, of Revolution Cleaning, again.

The work was done well. The carpet stayed really clean and the grout looked great.

Sent an email requesting a quote, and Bill, the owner, called me back on the phone within an hour or two to get more details before giving me a ballpark figure. Was able to fit me in for the next afternoon, which I thought was wonderful since I'm 9 months pregnant and couldn't stand to smell the pet odors any longer. Arrived on time. Bill was clean-cut, polite, and professional. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all having him in my home. I suggested he just clean the entire velvet couch, but he recommended I wait since he didn't think he had the appropriate brush with him and didn't want the nap of the velvet to dry matted down. He was able to spot-clean the lip gloss out. As for the carpets, he recommended taking off our mdf baseboards in one of the rooms because he was worried the moisture from the treatment would swell them and cause us to have to replace them. It was easy to do since we just installed them and hadn't caulked or painted them yet. I appreciate him alerting us to the potential problem so we could take steps to avoid more work down the road. He took about 30 minutes or more to thoroughly clean the areas with pet urine, and I can't smell it anymore. Yay! He told me not to hesitate calling him to return if the smell lingered or if I had any questions. He also gave me some good pointers on how to clean our newly-installed ceramic tile to keep it in good shape. Really appreciate the time he took to answer all my questions and to let me know exactly what he was doing and why. Will definitely call and have him come again for any future carpet or upholstery cleaning.
