Description of Work: My husband met the owner/operator onsite and really liked him. Cleaned 2 of my sister's recliners and a brass/upholstered dog bed. + -1 moreWe were very pleased and satisfied with our carpet cleaning and deodorizing, done by Bill LaBorde, the owner of Revolution Cleaning Systems. He arrived on time and on request gave a prompt estimate of what it would cost, if we chose to add additional carpeting to our original "Big Deal". We were very satisfied with the small additional charge quoted. We were very pleased with the job done. Bill offered to move furniture if needed and did that. We appreciated that, as we have had other carpet cleaners refuse to move any furniture,even small or light items. The carpeting was lovely and clean smelling after the service was completed. We definitely would recommend the company and will definitely use him again the next time.

Description of Work: Bill from Revolution Cleaning Systems performed a fantastic carpet cleaning job. Our carpets had not been cleaned since we had moved into our home and it really has made a huge improvement. There was a red candle wax stain that he also removed.

+ 0 moreThe gentleman arried punctually, and conducted himself in a highly professional manner. He examined the upholstery and determined the kind of cleaning that would be best. He vacuumed as well as cleaned the pieces, restoring somewhat dingy while upholstery to like new condition. He offered some advice about the carpets (his firm does that work too), and indicated that if there were any problems that appeared with the fabric after he left to call him and he would gladly return to remedy any issue that might arise.

Though I only intended to use carpet cleaning service, I asked for an estimate to clean a large sectional sofa as well and agreed to have that done. It took about two hours to complete the job and I was completely satisfied with the carpet cleaning and how well he cleaned the sofa. Will definitely use this service again in the future as needed, and will recommend to friends and family.
Description of Work: Cleaning of all carpeted areas of my home, basically three bedrooms. Upholstery cleaned a large sectional sofa.

+ -1 moreHe shows up on time, he takes care of stuff, he's friendly, and he's pretty quick. He's on time or early and gets everything done quickly. He did a follow up call three days later to make sure the pet parts were taken care of. I think he is really knowledgeable. If you have questions he answers them. He does what he is supposed to do. He is accommodating as far as being flexible about when he shows up if he's available. I would totally recommend him.
Description of Work: We had them clean the carpet in one big living room area. This is the second time we have used him. We had him clean a whole house, one of our other homes in December.

+ -1 moreWe purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" promotion, which reflects the amount spent for the service. Bill arrived exactly at the appointment time, did a quick tour of the rooms to be cleaned, and then began setting up his equipment. He vacuumed the carpet and inspected for any stains that needed special attention before he began the cleaning process. An hour and a half later, he was finished and out the door. Overall, extremely professional service and a very satisfied experience. We have had the carpet cleaned every year since it was installed 8 years ago, but after Bill completed his work they have never looked better! We have already referred Revolution Cleaning Systems to our friends and will definitely use the company for our future carpet cleaning

+ -1 moreThis was the best carpet cleaning service we have used. Bill arrived on schedule and was highly professional. He evaluated the area and agreed to work on only the carpet sections we wanted. (This mattered to us because much of our wall to wall carpet is covered by Oriental rugs.) In the past, cleaners have always failed to remove all pet and food stains or left some discolored areas. We cannot find any misses this time. Also, the process did not leave the carpet soaked, as do some steam services. All in all, this was great service at a great price. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Cleaned high traffic carpet areas, not entire home. Many spots and stains and some larger areas with significant dirty sections.

+ -1 moreI was leaving my rental to move to my new home and I had some dog urine spots. I had not seen the spots until after the furniture was moved. I called on Monday to see if I could get the carpets cleaned either Monday or Tuesday, and Bill fit me in for Tuesday morning. He was on time, (appt 9:30, he was there at 9:30) He looked over the spots and assured me he could get them out. He ended up cleaning all the carpeted areas in a little over 2 hours (sq ft of home is about 1900sq ft) He got all the dog spots out beautifully, you would never have known that there were dogs in that home! I would highly recommend Revolution Carpet Cleaning Company.

+ 0 moreThere were several doggie spots(urine) in the liv/diningrm area.. And William got all of the spots out and the carpet looks beautifu with no stains or smells left. The back cushions of the microsuede sofa and loveseat were very dirty.. It did not come out with the first cleaning and when William followed up I mentioned it to him and he came out and recleaned the sofas cushions. (I offered to bring the cushions to him but he he said he definitely would come back and clean them again, which he did and they looks soo good now. (as the backs are worn and probably should just be reupholstered) Thank you William for a wonderful job w/ a positive attitude and just all around good feeling to have him in our home. I will definitely recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors.

+ -1 moreOur son's Graduation party was approaching, but our carpet down stairs was embarrassingly soiled due to dog traffic including a dog urine stain and significant ground in dirt. After moving the furniture out of the room in preparation for cleaning, I expected Bill at Revolution Cleaning Systems to recues himself from the work to due to the poor condition of the carpet. Rather, he spent additional time on the heavily soiled areas leaving it incredibly clean. I was happy to have family and friends over for a party on my 12 year old wonderfully clean carpet.
Description of Work: Our down stairs carpet and the stairs carpet was heavily soiled due to our large family and neighborhood kids’ traffic through our back yard and garden, The main room also serves as a TV room, snack room, and informal dining room so the traffic areas become horribly soiled. The entire main room, the traffic area in our den, and the stairs were all cleaned to near new quality.

Description of Work: We had just moved into a new house the day before and woke up the next morning to find substantial and strange blood spatters on the carpet and tile floor. The tile floor was no problem but the carpet was a completely other concern. First, we checked both of our dogs and our cats and eventually determined that one of our dogs had some rectal bleeding and was nervious at the new house. Here it was early on a Sunday morning and we were desperate for someone to come and clean the blood out of the carpets. We took a chance and called Bill Laborde at Revolution Cleaning Systems. He called back almost immeidiatly and said he would be right over and could fully take care of it. WOW! When has that ever happened!?!?!? Calling a carpet cleaning company on "SUNDAY MORNING" and to get him onsite within an hour, AND for him to quickly and COMPLETELY get all of the blood out...THAT IS AMAZING AND UNHEARD OF!! Well, you have heard of it now!! If you want to have a truly professional and skilled carpet cleaning service who will show up on Sunday and completely take care of your needs, then you want Bill Laborde and Revolution Cleaning Systems!!!!
