Nate was awesome. He helped determine a good price to list my home at, offered advice on preparation and staging, and guided me through the process of selling my house perfectly. We got the full asking price, which was above market, and he handled the coordination of staging, contractors (for repairs), and making sure the paperwork was all ready to go at the right time. I couldn't ask for a better realtor.

Nate provided excellent service when we wanted to sell our house. He introduced us to contractors and landscapers and advised us in the pricing of our home. The result, one of the highest prices for our model and we closed 60 days after signing the listing! Nate was always accessible and his computer system for showings is the best.

He was very nice and polite. He was able to get us a tenant pretty fast. Unfortunately the tenant left after three weeks. Nate said he didn't have time to help re rent again. I was surprised by that answer. However, he was very fair because he refunded us half of his commission on renting the place. We did end up having to hire a different person to help us re rent the place. So it all worked out.

We had recently moved out of our house in Mesa and needed to find tenants to offset the mortgage cost. We went to Nate at the end of July and outlined what we wanted to do. He also looked at the other rentals in the neighborhood, what they were charging, and their locations, and based on that we decided on a rental price. Once the information was posted Nate was able to get us a great tenant in less than a week, and payment was sent out to use in California immediately. During the process Nate kept in constant contact with us, letting us know how it was going for the tenant checks and the paperwork we needed to do. We're very pleased with how the process went, and when the lease is up in a couple of years we will definitely ask him to be our realtor if we decide to sell instead of keep the house as a rental for longer.

It went great. House sold in 3 weeks. Agent suggested we list for higher than we thought and we got almost asking price.

We were introduced to Nate through a referral from our church. We met with him as well as 2 other real estate agents but really felt comfortable with him. He did an excellent job at asking a lot of questions about what we were looking for. We spent a good amount of time looking at homes on the internet but he was able to bring homes that we hadn't found and met our criteria. Once we were able to narrow it down, he really did a good job of going back and forth with the sellers real estate agent (who was not so friendly to say the least). We ended up with the house we love and can't thank Nate and his team enough!
