Description of Work: I MET WITH SHANNON TO ASSESS THE CONDITION OF MY SALTILLO TILE KITCHEN FLOOR, WHICH NEEDS CLEANING AND RESTORING. i DID NOT USE THEIR CLEANING SERVICES BECAUSE THE JOB WAS TOO SMALL FOR THE DISTANCE TO TRAVEL. MY HOME REALLY IS OUT OF THEIR AREA, AND THE JOB WOULD REQUIRE 3-DAYS WORK. HOWEVER, I'M RECOMMENDING THEM BECAUSE SHANNON DID FOLLOW UP ON MY CALL, WAS HONEST ABOUT HER APPRAISAL, AND GAVE ME RECOMMENDATIONS. I CALLED PAINTED VALLEY GROUT IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE OF THEIR A RATINGS ON ANGIE'S LIST.

Description of Work: PV interiors cleaned our travertine tile, polished the kitchen tiles, and repaired grout throughout the house. They did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the work that was done.

Description of Work: There were three projects that were completed. All of them came out looking great! I had the travertine floors cleaned and grout color sealed. The travertine shower was cleaned, sealed and joints and holes were caulked and refilled with matching grout. Lastly, I had several Satillo tiles replaced on the patio, all the patio was stripped and a new semi-gloss seal was applied. Shannon and Wayne were both great to work with. Shannon did the estimates and both Wayne and Shannon completed the job along with an assistant. The job came in as estimated and they were all very professional. Both showed up at the scheduled times and the job was completed within the amount of time that was agreed upon. There was one glitch with the weather (out of the hands of PV Grout) and they worked me back into the schedule very quickly. I will have PV Grout do all my tile and grout work in the future.

Description of Work: when I told them that I needed one ceramic floor tile replaced their reply was they have ab$200 minimum I got the job done by c and l it was a wasted call they should put on their information sheet that they have the $200 minimum
