PV Interiors Tile and Travertine Cleaning

This contractor is a husband and wife team. They returned my call, set up a appointment and was punctual. They were very professional. There price was fair. I was pleased with them, and I will call them soon for work to be done.

Right on time - tile and grout was cleaned and resealed - upon completion flooring in kitchen, dining area and bathroom looked brand new. This the 3rd time I have used this company and each time the results have been superb. I can't say enough about the excellent work performed by Painted Valley at a very reasonable price.

They were just as advertised, which is priceless these days. They were very punctual and professional. They were pleasant to have in the house for half a day. My floors really do look as good as new. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs grout help. I already have plans to have them back to work on the shower.

They did a great job! On time, efficient, professional. Offered to clean my area rugs for me (which needed it badly)for a great price. I had no idea they did carpet cleaning. They were very punctual and courteous. They explained what they were doing and showed me the spots. They gave me their recommendations. They were quick and done to my satisfaction; it was done within a reasonable timeframe.

They were just as advertised. After the tile and grout were cleaned, they painted a few grout lines in different colors so we could see and choose from our actual tiles/grout lines not a pre-painted sample. They did great clean work. Give them a try, they deserve it.

Fantastic service! Prior owners smoked, had two dogs, and believed in using some sort of mop and glow product on the ceramic tile. By the time the company left, the tile looked great, grout was clean, dog smell gone, smoke smell on the floor was gone and even the build up from the mop and glow stuff was removed! They were on time and very professional. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Called to schedule a quote to clean 3 bathrooms of travertine and our kitchen counter top. A little late in showing up for the appointment stating that she had the address wrong but was only 15 minutes late. Quote was 50% higher than another one I obtained. Very competitive on the cleaning of the floors but was extremely high on the grout staining. Also very high on granite cleaning and sealing - $200 - which seems outrageous. I believe it might be $50 in materials for the granite cleaning and sealing and then $150 in labor for an hours worth of work. Just seemed very high. My other quote for the granite was $75. Company was very professional.

We went with another company before we could get a quote from this company. But Wayne was very polite and efficient in providing information and trying to coordinate our schedules. Very impressed.

Shannon was very responsive to my initial call. She arrived on time for the initial quote and was very friendly and personable. The full team arrive on time and began the process of cleaning and refinishing the grout. They did a terrific job in all areas. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service. My tile looks great!!

Moved in to house and needed to have tile and grout cleaned. People were very pleasant and did a good job of cleaning the grout. They did miss a small section of grout that I will have to scrub myself (which is what I was trying to avoid. ) The tile is cleaner than before they came, but it was not up to my expectations. The tile is approximately 6 years old, and some of the tiles are cleaner than others. I expected the tile and grout to be uniformly clean. Perhaps their equipment needs refurbishing, but I do not feel I can recommend PV Interiors, nor would I use them in the future. I did not say anything at the time as they left before the tile was totally dry. Also, I assume they did their best the first time, so I would not want them back to see if the job could be done better.

Shannon gave a prompt quote. Work started on promised date with outstanding results. They were very patient and accommodating as we have three dogs we had to ferry in and out for potty trips.

I purchased a new home which has about 1,500 square feet of tile including the foyer, kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms. The tile was filthy and the grout was black and stained. I had had similar services performed at my previous home, so I knew that the tiles could be restored. I received quotes from Painted Valley and two other providers. Unlike the others, Shannon from Painted Valley came right on time, she spent a good amount of time looking at all of the rooms and had a good selection of colors. She was also very knowledgeable about the colors and even consulted with my wife over Facetime to make a color choice. Their price was competitive with the other providers. On the day for the work to be done, Shannon and her team arrived precisely on time. They were professional and went right about their business. After the tiles were cleaned they began the color sealing. Shannon noticed that the color we had chosen was a little too dark for the now lighter tiles. She had the materials on hand to be able to change the color to a shade that worked much better. The final results were fantastic. The tiles look brand new. I could not he happier with the results and I would definitely recommend this family owned business to anyone looking to restore their tiles.

Excellent, she saved money for me by telling me how to fix a shower problem with the grout seeing as I would be remodeling in a few years. Customer comes first here, they want to make money like anyone else, but in no way did it feel like they were going to take advantage of us.

Our 40 year old home had a shower floor with one inch tile. The grout was cracked and we had previously had a company out to repair it. That grout company tried, but gave up. They were not happy with their work nor were we and they left without charging us. I called Painted Valley Interiors and from the moment I talked with Shannon I felt I'd finally found someone to fix my problem. Other companies wanted to redo the whole shower which was very expensive. She assured me that they could repair the floor best by replacing the tile. She brought samples of tile and grout for me to choose from. We were very concerned about using tile that would not be slippery and she showed me the perfect tile. We increased the size to 2 inches and it looks more modern. The tile was removed and installed very professionally and quickly. The caulking removal and replacement looks great. This is a company that cares about how and what they do, which is very unusual in today's market. I would highly recommend using them. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for any other services. Great job! Enjoyed working with all of you!

PV Grout did a wonderful job. They were on time, did a wonderful job and left the bathroom very clean. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We originally used Painted Valley Grout about 4 years ago when we had our kitchen remodeled to completely clean and seal our floors. Not only did they do a wonderful job, but Shannon, one of the owners, discovered that the grout color that a previous company had applied in places was wrong. She did some investigating and found the proper color, reapplied the color all over and the results were beautiful. I appreciated that she went above and beyond to find the appropriate color grout for our floors. We had them come back a few months ago this year (2013). They completely power washed our outdoor patio and cool deck one day, and on a different day they came in to touch up our floors. On this occasion we also had them seal our kitchen granite and tile backsplash. We had let the granite go too long between sealings, and they did a fabulous job buffing and polishing it, making it look new again. They are very pleasant and professional and do a great job. I highly recommend them!
