PV Interiors Tile and Travertine Cleaning

It was a pleasure dealing with Shannon and her crew. They cleaned the listed rooms one morning, used protection on my wood floors and baseboards. Retuned a few days later when I could accommodate and cleaned the walk in shower which really was in bad shape. Sealed that tile and grout. Everything looks great and the price was very reasonable and well worth it. I would highly recommend these folks if you need any of their services, great company!

I cannot say enough good things about PV Grout and their services. I had a case of needing to have remedial work done from a job done very badly about a year ago. The 'other guy' put on a color that was horrible, a product that (fortunately) came right off, but it was slopped all over the tile and looked aweful for the whole year we have endured it. PV Grout was a bit more expensive but was worth every penny!! Do not get cheap on a service like this you will end up paying for it twice! Shannon responded promptly to all my calls, got in to do the job in a timely manner. On the service day, once all the previous horrible color was stripped off, Shannon started applying the color that she and I had picked, when she came to me and said she felt it was too light..and she was right! So, we picked another color, she drove into Phoenix to get it, and still had the job done that day, to our infinite satisfaction! Two thumbs up! I would very highly recommend your services. Thanks for the awesome job, we are so happy with it!!

I tend towards skepticism, and even with the abundance of positive reviews I was not overly optimistic that our 14 year old tile could be restored to something beyond "serviceable". It looks fantastic, I couldn't be more satisfied. It looks like we have brand new tile in the house again. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is still happy with the style of their floor and is just looking to restore it. It is much more cost effective than re-tiling your whole house.

Shannon came out a couple of days after i contacted the company by email and reviewed the work to be done and gave me a written estimate. We scheduled an appt for the work. Today Shannon, her husband and and a helper came to do the work. They were right on time and started immediately. The work was done very efficiently and they worked together as a team very well. i am more than happy with what they did. in fact i was considering replacing the tile in my entry way, but it looks so good now that will be way down on my list of projects--maybe never. Too bad i did not take before and after pictures. i can recommend them whole heartedly and plan to have them back annually to do just a cleaning. i have no idea how the price compares to any other company as i did not call anyone after talking with Shannon, but i feel i got my money's worth.

On time arrival for appointment and the services provided were excellent!

Back in 2008, we purchased a foreclosed home. It needed a lot of work. We opted to add tile to our powder room (on the walls), tile a formerly carpeted master bedroom hallway, and increase the height of our jetted tub surround. Unfortunately, my husband chose the wrong color grout, when the tile was installed. He chose a light grey, when Sahara Brown would have matched the grout in the rest of the home. (Our entire home has the same tile, except for 5 of the bedrooms.) We lived with the wrong grout color for about 6 years, and I had always wanted to have it fixed. In May of 2014, our home was flooded while we were on vacation. Since we had been under re-construction for more than 3 months, we decided to get everything done while the house was being restored. I took the opportunity to research grout companies on Angie's List. I was lucky enough to find PV Interiors/Panted Valley Grout. I phoned prior to Labor Day and spoke with Shannon. I told her the scope of the job and my time constraints since I had to return to work on 9/5/14. Even though she was going out of town, she scheduled me for 9/4/14. We discussed the work that I needed and quoted me a ballpark price. On Thursday, 9/4/14, Wayne and Achilles arrived on time. They introduced themselves to me and we reviewed the work that needed to be done. Wayne also advised me on the best grout color to use and gave me an estimate of how long he thought the job would take. He then prepared a written estimate that was actually a few dollars less than anticipated. Both Wayne & Achilles got right to work, first cleaning the floor and then re-coloring the grout. I was especially impressed that Wayne removed his shoes while working in my jetted tub. Wayne also filled a few areas in my kitchen where the grout had disintegrated due to the flood. He didn't charge for this extra work. The job was done on time. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home in good repair. I would definitely use PV Interiors again. I truly love the way my grout now blends with the rest of the house.

Wayne and Darryl were professional, courteous, on-time, thorough, personable, and motivated. We would use them again in a heart beat. They were both extremely friendly and up-beat the entire 4 hours the job took. It's nice to have such positive people doing such a great job. Thank you!

Owners of company showed up and performed quote themselves. They were quick to reply and prompt for appointment time. Very knowledgeable at recognizing the type of flooring and what they would need to do to properly and safely clean the tile and grout. After providing the quote, they left me with good information about what they would be doing so I could consider options. Upon scheduling for work to be completed, they were quick to respond and provide a convenient time for my schedule to come out to perform. After completion, the results were, in one word, 'unbelievable!'. I work in new home contruction, and I will tell that I could not tell the difference between this, and tile flooring that was just recently laid down! I would have never thought they could get such light colored grout and tile to look brand new. I have reccomended this company to several others and they have all come back with great reviews as well. Very professional, timely, courteous, thorough, and great pricing!

I contacted Shannon at Painted Valley Grout (602) 826-2059 or (480) 358-0124 because of the outstanding reviews on Angie's List and I am so glad that I did. She and her family were such a pleasure to have in our home. I can't say enough about their work ethic and politeness. They also were very quiet. If you have ever had work done in your home where the workers bought their boom boxes along, you'll know what I mean. None of that stuff with this family business.They also did an outstanding job. Our house has about 1,000 square feet of tile. The grout was badly stained and I'd had little success in cleaning it myself. Within 5 hours they had our tile floor looking like new. It looks just beautiful. The best part is that now it is sealed and I don't have to worry about it getting stained again. They were very prompt and arrived exactly when they said they would even though they live clear across the Valley from us. They said it would take about 5 hours and it did, to the minute. My husband and I had no qualms about leaving the house for a few hours while they worked. Bottom line, if you need this kind of work done in your house don't hesitate a minute to call Shannon.

Outstanding service from PV Interiors. 10 year old travertine flooring. Complete cleaning and polishing to include grout clean and color seal. PV was responsive with their quote and on time at every stage. PV communicated well if meeting times needed to change. They came over in advance and did a sample area using two different techniques to get our input. The results are fantastic. Our grout looks incredible in terms of cleanliness and the color seal is very nice. The floor, although ten years old, looks as if it were new. PV repaired minor grout in 2 bathrooms and minor travertine repair on 2 floor board corners. PV was not the cheapest bid we received but the results have been fantastic and the service/results were well worth the value. The little extra items were worth the value. We would highly recommend PV for your travertine/tile/grout polishing and cleaning.

it was great and they were fantastic. They were here on time and ready to go to work. They Kept me updated with progress and any Changes they went over with me first as they went along. They finished early. I went through every room and was in awe of how fantastic the floors looked. They are 12years old and pretty beat up in places BUT they looked like we had new tile laid. WOW!!l! People ask us when they visit When we put in new tile that how fantastic a job they did!!! when we tell them that we had them cleaned .... They don't believe us and say this is not the same tile .... until we Show them the invoice of the work Completed. We have had a couple of spills in the grout and it wiped right up leaving NO stains,

We purchased a home that where the homeowner had painted the grout a dark color against a beautiful tan tile and it was becoming chipped and didn't look good. We found this company in Angie's monthly mailer and checked them out. The reviews were good and we had them out for an estimate. The area comprised of the kitchen, both floor and counters, great room, dining room and entry area. It was a significant space. It was a two day job, they arrived promptly. They moved all of the furniture and began removing the old paint. They had a machine that made the project possible. Once the paint was removed the cleaned the tile and then applied an acrylic paint that won't deteriorate and it enhanced the existing tile. The project was wrapped up and we feel as if we have new floors and counter tops. They also moved all of the furniture back into place. We told our neighbor about them and they hired them to do their floor. We highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. They power cleaned the tile and grout. Then they hand painted the grout on 1200 s.f. of tile. The whole process took about 5 hours. The tile has never been cleaner and the grout line looks like new and a better color!

I contacted Shannon ten days ago and made an appointment for 11:00 a.m. On Friday, March 28th. I had mentioned that if someone else was able to do the job sooner, I would call her and cancel the appointment. Last night I had a message from Shannon asking if I still wanted Wayne to come on Friday; if not, she had someone she wanted to fill the time with. I called back and left a message confirming my desire to keep the appointment. Imagine my surprise when I got back from walking the dog this morning. Shannon had left a long, convoluted message saying Wayne wouldn't be able to make it on Friday and that she would need to charge a $30.00 fee to come "this far north"! Ridiculous! There was never any mention of a service charge. In fact, she set the appointment to coincide with one Wayne had in the Desert Ridge area. I certainly find this to be very unacceptable behavior and would NOT recommend them to anyone I know. Shame on you, Shannon!

They were prompt and friendly with both the quoting of the job as well as when doing the work. Most importantly, they did an awesome job on the tile and grout which looked so awful that we had originally considered having it all replaced. So glad we didn't and decided to have this company clean it instead. They are now on my star list of A contractors! Thanks!!!

They were a wonderful family unit. They were professional and on time. Very trustworthy. We put this tile in in 1983 and it has never looked cleaner! It didn?t look this clean when it was installed.

Showed up right on time - excellent job in cleaning tile and grout - came out looking brand new - have used service in the past and would definitely use in the future - definitely a superior company.

It was a fantastic experience. Shannon called 0o minutes before they were due just to tell us they'd be 5 minutes late. They arrived as they said they would, got right to work, cleaned up as they went along, did great work and left the place spotless and looking like a new floor. They asked us to review they work before they left, touched up a couple of small spots, we pointed out, left some of the stain in case we found additional place that need touch-up. They did an awesome. Shannon came out and did the estimate and the technician came within a couple of days. They were super clean, and everything came in on time and on budget. They were also very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My house is about 14 years old and so is the tile; most of the house is tiled. They provided an estimate exactly when they said they would, which I really appreciated. The weather didn't cooperate on the original date that the tile was to be cleaned, but they called and rescheduled immediately. They spent an entire day in my house and were very professional. My tile and grout look new!!!!

Floors were cleaned and color Sealed. I was very pleased. The crew was on time and very pleasant. The job took longer then expected but they called to inform me so I could plan accordingly.

My husband and I recently bought a new home in chandler. The grout was not sealed by the builder, so after checking Angie's list for a reference we called Painted Valley Grout (love the name), and scheduled an appointment. The work was very professional, done on a timely basis, and we're very happy with the results. I will recommend Painted Valley Grout to others, and will use them again.
