Description of Work: Travertine tile cleaned, polished & sealed. Grout repair along baseboards.

Description of Work: Wayne and Shannon came to our house and provided an estimate on the same day I phoned them. We agreed on the price and set up a tentative date to do the work. They had a cancellation and were able to do the work the very next day. Wayne cleaned and enhanced our shower and cleaned, polished and sealed the Bath Room Floor. We were very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them. I would like to nominate PV Interiors for Angie's Super Service Award.

Description of Work: The company had cleaned and colored the grout on the floors and counter tops in several rooms a year ago. The tile and grout looked wonderful and new. We had them come back to do a yearly cleaning in March. They touched up the grout in several areas and cleaned the floors and counter tops beautifully! No other company has been able to clean the tile and grout as well as they have.

Description of Work: from my initial contact with this family owned and operated company, to subsequent (I had to reschedule etc) emails, calls on arrival updates, and performance of work, I was extremely impressed!!!! punctual, considerate, cost conscious, professional and personable and they did a great job!! I wish all my vendors would be like "painted valley"...definitely will use them again.

Description of Work: I spoke with Shannon Enting, the company owner per telephone. She answered some of my questions about how her company refinishes saltillo tile and grout, but she was confused as to how to answer many of the important detailed questions. Then I asked her to send someone to my home and give me a written estimate. We live just east of Scottsdale. She said that we were too far out of the way because they are in Chandler and she would charge us a $25.00 trip charge. In addition she wasn't helpful with the promise of a prompt appointment, nor did she make me fee like a potential valued customer. I'll get someone else.

Description of Work: The owners, Shannon and Wayne were a delight to work with. I contacted Shannon for a bid about two weeks ago. They came out within three days and gave a written bid and answered our questions. We were hiring them to clean and color the tile throughout our home. Approx. 485 sq. ft. I had requested two other bids (referred by friends and neighbors, but not on Angies list) We selected Painted Valley Grout because of their professionalism and the description of their cleaning and sealing method. It was more through than the other bids. We set a date. They were here on time. They showed us a sample on one of the tile grout lines, of the stain we had selected. This made us feel better about our choice of color. They called when they were 1/2 hr. from completion so we could return and view the finished product. It looked like brand new title. We were very pleased with everything. The team went above and beyond what we expected, to make sure we were satisfied.

Description of Work: Several chipped tiles were replaced in the bathroom. Two glass tiled stair risers were grouted into a sunken living room. Garden tube in master bath re-grouted and caulked.

Description of Work: Cleaned our tile floors and grout. Took out a loose tile and laid down a new tile in its place. Re-grouted areas where grout was missing and applied grout stain to all grout so we had a uniform color throughout.
